Once bearing parts of electronic packages, in particular printed circuit boards, receive resonant oscillations, the dynamic forces increase manifold so that they cause breakages of parts and components. In the paper, three basic problems are in objective for enclosed electronic packages forced by vibration: finding natural frequencies of printed circuit boards using estimation and test methods; assessing enclosure case design on vibration transmission to printed circuit boards installed inside; developing methods and means to reduce transmission and excitation of vibration inside the enclosure case.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"18 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114111181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The latter approach is known to be more efficient due to possibility to employ inter-band correlation of images in neighbor sub-bands. However, there are certain peculiarities for this approach which are subject of our study. Methods of lossy compression that employ discrete cosine transform (DCT) in blocks are studied. It is shown that 3D compression is able to provide considerable benefits in compression ratio and/or mean square error (MSE) of introduced distortions but only under certain conditions. Experiments have been done for real-life hyperspectral data with high input signal-to-noise ratio. Their main results are presented.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116237761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that the spectral position of the surface plasmon absorption peak can be shifted in the given spectral region by changing the core and shell thickness. The influence of deformation shape of nanoshells on its optical characteristics has been researched. The effect of the refraction index of the surrounding medium on the peak position and the intensity of nanoshells plasmon resonance was researched.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122829861","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Generally, the inductances and capacitances in the quasi-Z-source networks (qZSn) are assumed to be large enough to obtain constant inductor currents and capacitor voltages. However, the values of the capacitors and inductors may vary in practical applications. Meanwhile, the load conditions and switching frequency can also affect the operation of the qZSI. This paper presents more operation states of the quasi-Z-source inverter (qZSI) in addition to the three desired normal states (i.e., shoot-through states, active states and null states). Through analyzing various operating modes, the critical values of capacitance and inductance considering the load condition and switching frequency for the qZSI in the continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) are analyzed. Simulation results are provided to verify the analysis.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132189609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This approach allows to achieve a broadband and multi-band antenna systems. As a basic structure is considered, composed of a recursive tree and passive dielectric resonators. To simplify the analysis of the characteristics of the proposed antennas, their arrangement is limited by the fractal on the level of the first three iterations, and the number of dielectric resonators does not exceed four. Due to the complexity of describing the interaction of the antennas of non-Euclidean geometry with radio waves for their synthesis and analysis selected methods for the numerical simulation. An evaluation of the spatial-frequency characteristics of the designed antenna solutions used indicators such as return loss, beam pattern and voltage standing wave ratio.","PeriodicalId":211302,"journal":{"name":"2019 IEEE 2nd Ukraine Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering (UKRCON)","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133093465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
