The use of the internet is also driven by the development of the era which requires the community even in the village to be more competitive so that they can better use the internet in increasing understanding and creativity in an effort to increase self-empowerment. Utilization of the internet is also a means to promote, distribute, and even market products to reach a wider market, by providing digital literacy training and online-based business assistance. The community service program will have an output, namely providing digital literacy training that will make people internet literate and able to use internet access as appropriate which is needed in increasing competitiveness and the creative economy. This community service in the long term also wants to provide assistance to business actors and BUMDes so that they can use the internet as a means for promotion, distribution, and even marketing so that in the future they can have a wider market in business development in the future. The method used is to determine partner priority problems, approach in solving partner problems, and involve partner participation in the program. Several large chemical, cement, and food industries are located in the area and are accessed by land to the South Ring Road of Cilegon City, which is used by large vehicles and loaded with industrial products to the Ciwandan port of loading and unloading. In addition, the environmental impact of the construction of the southern ring road in the Randakari area is flooding in several areas of Ciwandan. This activity aims to increase public understanding of the dangers of natural disasters and disasters due to the failure of industrial technology. The targets of the activities are community leaders, integrated health cared (posyandu) cadres, members of Kampung Siaga Bencana, LINMAS, and Police while still implementing strict health protocols. From the results of the pretest, it is known that 63.33% of participants understand the definition of disaster and forms of industrial technology failure disasters that have occurred around their homes and 26.67% of participants do not or do not understand the definition of disaster and forms of disaster mitigation. The types of industrial failure disasters that have occurred in Randakari Village are include chemical leaks, dust pollution, blower noise, boiler fires, and coal dust which greatly disturb people's breathing and eyesight. Activity participants expect follow-up from this outreach activity by encouraging local governments to make efforts to remind and monitor closely so that the company/industry always tries to prevent and is open in the event of a disaster due to industrial failure. PKK is an organization that still survives now. In its activities, PKK implements ten main programs that are implemented in its activities. These ten PKK programs already cover aspects of life in the community. All PKK members participated voluntarily, without coercion, so homemakers who were only at home every day doing housework and taking care of children and husbands were given a place to develop themselves. Meetings between members are held once a month to discuss the topic of discussion that the PKK chairman has prepared. The PKK activities aim to form strong women's personalities so that women can develop their abilities. Therefore, PKK plays a significant role in empowering women. The function and role of the PKK Mobilizing Team in Kaliimbang Village, Cibeber District, and Cilegon City in creating a healthy and resilient family are enormous. It happens considering PKK has a strategic position of Mobilization Team in Kaliimbang Village is the driving force and the motivator, dynamist, and facilitator of activities. In The Kaliimbang Village, PKK is always actively providing guidance and counseling to the community. They hope the guidance and counseling from PKK will be brought and implemented by mothers in their respective families so that the mother as a husband's companion can play a more optimal role in realizing a healthy and resilient family. In fact, BUMDES can be used as a means of boosting the economy of rural people. However, various problems have hindered the ideal management of BUMDES and provided benefits for the village and its citizens. This Community Service Program is designed to provide an effort to improve the non-ideal condition of BUMDES in order to become Berjaya (Berdikari Sejahtera Melayani). This program focuses on building operations or pioneering BUMDES which is still not being carried out seriously in many villages in Banten Province. The selected partner villages were identified as having three main problems, namely weak institutional governance as a business entity, and not yet in the form of a legal entity. Second, the lack of types/business products and not optimal profits from the sale of business products. In addition, there is also no identification of new products based on local advantages that involve broad participation from the community. Third, there is no village asset management and good financial management. This problem can be overcome by implementing 3 (three) main programs for structuring the organization and activities of BUMDES, namely Institutional Strengthening of Business Entities registered as Legal Entities; Identification of key products and businesses based on local advantages; and Formulation of Village Asset and Financial Management Strategies. Guru PAUD menjadi salahsatu kelompok yang terdampak merebaknya Covid-19 di Indonesia pada Maret 2020. Guru harus menyiapkan pembelajaran baik secara synchronous maupun asynchronous kepada anak didik dengan tetap memperhatikan unsur menarik dalam materinya. Kurangnya pengetahuan guru terhadap cara pembuatan bahan ajar dalam format audio visual menjadi dasar pemikiran mengapa pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakuan. Subjek dari program ini adalah guru-guru di TK Tunas Insan Kamil. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah pendampingan menyelurh dari mulai konsep komunikasi efektif, format gambar, pengambilan video sampai editing dengan software sederhana. Kata Kunci : Bahan Ajar, PAUD, video Abstract This community service is carried out in the Early Childhood Education unit. PAUD teachers are one of the groups affected by the outbreak of Covid-19 in Indonesia in March 2020. Teachers must prepare both synchronous and asynchronous learning for students while still paying attention to interesting elements in the material. The teacher's lack of knowledge on how to make teaching materials in audio-visual format is the rationale for why this community service is carried out. The subjects of this program are teachers at Tunas Insan Kamil Kindergarten. The method used in this program is comprehensive assistance from the concept of effective communication, image formats, video capture to editing with simple software.
