Several large chemical, cement, and food industries are located in the area and are accessed by land to the South Ring Road of Cilegon City, which is used by large vehicles and loaded with industrial products to the Ciwandan port of loading and unloading. In addition, the environmental impact of the construction of the southern ring road in the Randakari area is flooding in several areas of Ciwandan. This activity aims to increase public understanding of the dangers of natural disasters and disasters due to the failure of industrial technology. The targets of the activities are community leaders, integrated health cared (posyandu) cadres, members of Kampung Siaga Bencana, LINMAS, and Police while still implementing strict health protocols. From the results of the pretest, it is known that 63.33% of participants understand the definition of disaster and forms of industrial technology failure disasters that have occurred around their homes and 26.67% of participants do not or do not understand the definition of disaster and forms of disaster mitigation. The types of industrial failure disasters that have occurred in Randakari Village are include chemical leaks, dust pollution, blower noise, boiler fires, and coal dust which greatly disturb people's breathing and eyesight. Activity participants expect follow-up from this outreach activity by encouraging local governments to make efforts to remind and monitor closely so that the company/industry always tries to prevent and is open in the event of a disaster due to industrial failure.
