Consumer behavior has changed in seeking product information and efficient transaction processes. However, not all SMEs have a clear market orientation in responding to a rapidly changing environment. This study aims to examine the effect of market orientation on the use of fintech and the use of online-based marketing technology. The study was conducted on 100 fashionbased Small and Medium Enterprises in Yogyakarta and Semarang which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is WarpPLS. The findings of this study indicate that market orientation has a significant effect on the use of fintech and the use of online-based marketing technology. Market orientation has no significant effect on marketing performance. Based on Business Activities IV book in Conventional Banks, commercial banks can still compete in the financial market, but with the volatility of Exchange Rates and Financial Performance will affect people's decisions in save their funds in the bank. Aims of this study is to find out the factors that affect Third Party Funds. Used monthly data from 2017-2020, with Error Correction Model as analysis regression method. Third Party Funds is dependent variables and Return on Assets (-1), Loan to Deposit Ratio, Interest, Net Interest Margin, and Exchange Rate are independent variable. Results shown, in short and long term, Exchange Rate has a positive and significant impact on Third Party Funds. In short terms, Net Interest Margin has a positive and significant effect on Third Party Funds, but not in the long term. Loan to Deposit Ratio negatively and significantly affects Third Party Funds in the short term but not in the long term. Return on Assets (-1) and Interest have no effect on Third Party Funds in the short and long term. Peoples who save their funds in the bank, think rationally, it is more concerned with the profit obtained with a small risk. This clause can be found in Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, which states that ''every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to finance it''. However, the comparative study in this paper finds that many other countries affirm the obligation of higher education as a citizen's right. Formulation regarding higher education in the world's Constitution is interesting for two reasons; First, there is a state priority in human resource development through higher education. Second, there is a constitutional awareness to place higher education as an inherent constitutional right for citizens. Using a normative juridical method with a comparative approach, this paper finds that at least 22 countries include higher education clauses in their constitutions. The sample used in this research is companies in the manufacturing sector that were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2017-2019. Purposive sampling method was used to produce a sample of 167 firm-years. By using multiple regression analysis, this study found related party transactions in assets and liabilities have a positive effect on firm value, while related party transactions on sales and expenses have no effect on firm value. This study also finds that the Independent Commissioner weakens the positive effect of related party transactions on assets and liabilities on firm value, while the Audit Committee strengthens the positive effect of related party transactions on assets and liabilities on firm value. The results of this study suggest that the efficient transaction hypothesis is supported. Affiliated companies in one business group can use resources together, so that they can benefit from economies of scale and economies of scope, transactions like this are included in the efficient category because they benefit shareholders as a whole. Various studies have proven that the current ecological crisis has caused the existence of the environment to be significantly threatened. In the Islamic perspective, the ecological crisis is basically related to spiritual crisis. The objective of this study is to analyse the influence the level of religiosity to eco-literacy and environmental concern towards ecologically conscious behaviour among Moslem Society in Indonesia. This explationary research tries to explore the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, by collecting data from 210 respondents through a questionnaire. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the influence of three levels of religiosities-Islam, Faith, Ihsan-to the mediating variable: eco-literacy and environmental concern, and then how does this mediating variable affect the ecologically conscious behaviour. The objective of this study was to find out, through aesthetic appeal, layout, functionality and financial security, the impact of consumer perceptions of the e-servicescape of online shopping on e-shopping value and customer loyalty (attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty). Researchers collected data through an online survey to 200 respondents who did online shopping at least once in the last 6 months. The model of research was analyzed using the AMOS approach to study SEM. This research indicates that aesthetic appeal and layout and functionality affect the e-servicescape. It also indicates that aesthetic appeal and e-servicescape have an effect on repurchase intention. Marketing managers consider the dimension of e-servicescape towards perceived e-shopping value. Managers are advised to build perceived e-shopping value and loyalty from dimensions combination of the e-servicescape. Online shops need investment in layout and functionality and financial security, dimensions that have greater influence on perceived e-shopping value to gain consumer's loyalty in the context of fashion products. The transformation from direct shopping to online services is increasing research interest in the e-servicescape. Lestari","doi":"10.4108/eai.3-8-2021.2315068","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.4108/eai.3-8-2021.2315068","url":null,"abstract":"The execution of a fiduciary guarantee on the vehicle financing practice often creates problems even though the position of the recipients of the fiduciary guarantee is strong, as mentioned in Indonesia’s Law No. 42/1999. If the agreement is broken, the execution of the fiduciary guarantee can be carried out in three ways: (1) the execution through the executorial title, (2) the sale of the object of the fiduciary guarantee, and (3) the sale under the hand based on an agreement between the giver and the recipient of the fiduciary. After the Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 is issued, there are additional provisions, namely agreement on the broken promise which needs to be included and voluntary submission concerning the object of fiduciary. This study was conducted on four automotive financing companies after the Constitutional Court Decision No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019, whose implementation was different. The type of this study was normative legal research with a descriptive approach. In addition, the data used were secondary data which were analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) there are different interpretations of the regulations of the execution of fiduciary guarantees, (2) there are requirements that are difficult to fulfill, and (3) there are contradictions in several court decisions.
