There are many cosmetics available on the market such as lipstick, kajal, mascara, eye liner etc. Lipstick is used for the purpose of improving the appearance, appearance and protection of the lips of many types that damage UV radiation etc. It is available on the market in a variety of colors and form such as liquid and lip adhesive. Lipstick containing synthetic colorants made from harmful chemicals and is very harmful to our skin. lipstick shows many types of side effects such as allergies, nausea, skin, and dryness of the lips as well as other / used and fatal. Therefore, the demand for cosmetics containing herbal ingredients has increased considerably around the world because of their safety. In our research, research was conducted to develop a lipstick containing drug ingredients, tests and comparisons with marketed ingredients. Based on the data, it can be concluded that the use of natural color in lipstick formulation has very little or no effect. From ancient times the need for cosmetics has been astounding. The shape of the lips is used to enhance the beauty of the lips. Prolonged use of synthetic dyes in lipstick can cause serious problems such as skin rash, lip cancer, skin irritation etc. The negative effect can be reduced by using natural herbal dye from different natural sources. Ham. ex D. Don. belonging to family Zingiberaceae, commonly known as kapoor kachri is, an essential oil-bearing species known for its medicinally useful scented rhizomes. The herb forms an important part of various polyherbal formulations cited in various classical texts of Chinese, Tibetian, Indian and Unani origin. The rhizome contains about 4% of essential containing a variety of terpenoids (monoterpenoids, sesquiterpenoids and diterpenoids) with 1, 8-Cineole, camphene, sabinene, β-pinene, myrcene, α-phellandrene as major constituents. It is traditionally used for the treatment of different kinds of pain, inflammation, respiratory and blood disorders. The present study systematically compiles its botany, distribution, cultivation, traditional uses, phytochemistry, IUCN status, pharmacological activities and granted patents with respect to the herb and formulations containing H. spicatum. Sprague is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the highly valued medicinally important family, Apiaceae the essential oil from the fruits [7] are the phenols, mainly thymol and some carvacrol. The Indian Pharmacopoeia requires ajowan oil to contain not less than 40 per cent thymol. The remainder of the oil is called 'thymene'. Thymene, which constitutes c.45 per cent of the oil, has the following composition: p-cymene, 50-55; gterpinene, 30-35; a- and ß-pinenes, 4-5; and dipentene, 4-6%. Presence of minute 'amounts of camphene, myrcene and D3-carene is also reported. Kapoor is a tree of many faces as it is a giant, stately forest tree, native of the wet forests of tropical and subtropical regions of Asia. The species Camphora, refer to camphor, an important chemical constituent present in the oil found in the tissues of tree. The botanical name is derived from Greek language. It derived from the word 'kinnamomon' which means spice. This herb is recorded in Sanskrit also. This is also used by Egyptians as early 1485 BC for embalming purposes. Camphor tree is native to China, India, Mongolia, Japan and Taiwan and a variety of this fragrant evergreen tree is grown in Southern United States; especially in FloridaMenthol, Thymol, Phenol, Salicylic acid and Naphthol are amongst the fragrant chemical constituents obtained from this plant. Campher, Campherol, Cineol, Camphene, dipentene, terpineol, candinene, safrole, camphorace, laurolitsine, reticuline etc. Menthol is a naturally occurring monoterpene alcohol that is extracted from oil of peppermint, corn mint, or other mint plants. It is known for its minty, cooling odor, and taste , Various constituents of peppermint oil are limonene (1.0-5.0%), cineole (3.5-14.0%), menthone (14.0-32.0%), menthofuran (1.0-9.0%), isomenthone (1.510.0%), menthyl acetate (2.8-10.0%), isopulegol (0.2%), menthol (55.0%), pulegone (4.0%) and carvone (max. 1.0%). Piper nigrum L. (Family Piperaceae) is a well-known spice known as \"The King of Spices\" among many others. It includes the pungent alkaloid ‘‘piperine,\" which is thought to have a variety of pharmacological effects. By blocking many metabolizing enzymes, it increases the bioavailability of a variety of medicines and minerals.Anti-hypertensive, anti-platelet, antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-asthmatics, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-diarrheal, antispasmodic, antidepressants, immunomodulatory, anticonvulsant, anti-thyroids, antibacterial, antifungal, hepato-protective, insecticidal, and larvicidal activities are just a few of the pharmacological properties Black pepper has traditionally been used to treat diarrhea, dyspepsia, cholera, and gastrointestinal problems.It contains alkaloids, flavones, steroids, and terpenes, among other active phytochemicals. Piperine is the main alkaloid contained in black pepper, accounting for around 4-6 percent of the total. Piperine has recently been discovered to be a PPAR-agonist, a ligand-activated transcription factor found in adipocytes and macrophages that promotes adipocyte development and insulin sensitivity. As a result, piperine could be used as an anti-diabetic medication. Essential oils, acids, esters, alcohol, and phenols make up this mixture. The essential oils that give it its distinct flavor are primarily made up of a group of chemical molecules known as terpenes. Black pepper's antibacterial properties are due to terpenes. Black pepper also has the ability to stimulate saliva secretion, HCL acid, digestive fluid, bile, and mucus, all of which contribute to immune stability. Till now, about 1500 species of yeasts are described, and the genus Saccharomyces is the well-studied genus of all the yeasts in terms of physiology and genetics. In this review, we elucidate the role of yeasts as biotechnological tool and their current and potential applications. We also highlighted the features, and industrial application of some marine yeasts. Furthermore, describing rarely basidiomycetous yeast involved in different applications. Due to melanocytes deficiency, white spots appeared on body. It may be localized or may spread and become generalized. The disease condition may be stable or some time spread over the body. leucotricha is also sometimes associated with Bars. The achievement of treating this condition in conventional medicines is limited and sometimes, treatment follows with side effects. Though a few case records are documented in the past about the success of various unani medicines. Numerous Unani drugs are well known for the regeneration of melanocytes. The current study was planned to highlight the use of Unani formulation to fight Vitiligo. A 11 year old male have chalky white patches with hypopigmentation without itching over hand, legs, stomach or on back for 1 year, gradually spreading over the chest. The patient was treated with unani oral medication (nobar tablet) and applied ointment, babchi oil locally. After treatment there was repigmentation of skin without any side effect. The Olive oil, bees wax, carnaba wax, acacia, beet route, lemon juice were selected for formulation and evaluation of Herbal Lipstick. The herbal lipsticks were formulated as per general method of lipstick formulation. Three formulations (F1, F2, F3) of Herbal Lipstick were prepared and lipstick were evaluated for appearance, melting Point, solubility, breaing Point, surface anamolies and pH studies gave satisfactory result.
