In this study, their products were modeled for a hexagonal carbon network that forming a honeycomb 2D planar structure made of sp2-hybridized bonded carbon. Two types of active centers, namely, HC=CH and C-H groups linked to peripheral zigzag carbon atoms, were considered during the DFT simulations. The oxidation process is more advantageous than bromination. Free active centers, even that on the oxidized surface, maintain their ability to the bromine addition reaction. However, the probability of their existence on the oxidized surface is very low. The active centers of the surface can be renewed by the removal of oxygen-containing groups at thermal treatment in an inert atmosphere.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130735393","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this case, the energy capabilities of transceiver underwater acoustic means can be reduced due to refractive circumstances in the information channel. In addition, work in shallow areas occurs under conditions of dispersion, one of the consequences of which is the deformation of communication signals during propagation in the information channel. The most sensitive parameters of the transmitted message to external destructive effects are: its envelope, duration and frequency composition. The aim of the work is to determine the effects of correcting the energy range in a shallow sea with an acoustically hard bottom of underwater communication systems. The relevance of the work is necessary in rapid development of underwater robotics for studying the oceans. The current progress in underwater communications means shows that it is useful to use energy factors that additionally affect not only the quality of transmission of the message through the communication channel, but also the energy range of the message transmission, the detection of the noise field of the subscriber or the search object. These include the formation in the working space of the water area of singular points corresponding to the “vortex” and “saddle” classes. The results of the work should include clarification of the issue of the mutual influence of the intensity distributions and impedance characteristics along the waveguide length, as well as the conditions for local interruption of communication with the subscriber as a factor in limiting the energy range of underwater communications.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131367000","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is assumed that malfunctions affect both the system state and the output variables, but disturbances affect only state variables. The synthesis method is based on the assume that there is no a priori information about the dynamics of existing faults and disturbances, however, the fault distribution matrix should be a full-rank matrix. The synthesized filter is optimal in the sense of forming unbiased estimates with minimal dispersion. The performance of the synthesized filter was tested with a numerical example.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130683615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An alternative approach to the principle of data transfer based on existing equipment is formulated. The requirements for the simulator for modeling the process of data transfer are formulated. Models of coding and decoding blocks are proposed. The possibility of modeling the effect of interference in the Matlab system at a logical level is investigated. The content of an alternative approach to data transmission consists in replacing an information bit with a logical vector. The logical convolution of the direct and mirror logical vector is carried out on the receiving side. The convolution operation is performed by software without the use of analog-to-digital conversion of the received signal. The advantage of the proposed principle of redundancy of information is that the implementation is feasible for both cable and Internet television. In the latter case, a positive effect is achieved when there is free traffic. The application of this approach for cable television is justified in the presence of free carriers (subcarriers). This proposal is also of interest for technical television systems operating in the conditions of interference, for which the reliability of data transmission takes precedence over other parameters.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124291845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Two modified modulation techniques based on maximum boost control technique and quasi-sinusoidal modulation strategy are proposed for the interleaved topology. The proposed interleaved topologies are validated with simulation using PSIM software and the simulation results are compared with interleaved quasi-z-source inverter topology. The comparison results show that the proposed topologies perform better using quasi-sinusoidal modulation technique. The interleaved quasi-switched boost inverter topology has the advantage of reduced passive components with higher output power compared to interleaved quasi-z-source inverter topology. The benefits of interleaved active quasi-z-source inverter topology are better utilization of the dc-link and higher efficiency.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121823651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is established that for such converter the maximum efficiency achieved at a switching frequency of 500 kHz, while the minimum level of interference is at a switching frequency of 1 MHz. Thus, the switching frequency can be selected depending on the required output parameters of the converter. A comparative analysis of EMI for efficiency 0.93-0.94 of the half-bridge converters with GaN and Si transistors is performed. The level and spectrum of the EMI in the frequency range up to 30 MHz depends more on the switching frequency and PCB layouts. Lossy compression is mostly employed for this purpose and an important task for it is to find and provide an appropriate compromise between compression ratio and quality of compressed data, in the first order, image visual quality. This paper considers an approach to predicting visual quality characterized by the metrics MSEHVSM or, equivalently, PSNR-HVS-M for the coder AGU based on discrete cosine transform (DCT). It is demonstrated that it is possible to estimate MSEHVSM in a limited number of 8×8 pixel blocks and then to predict this metric for the entire image for the considered coder. The influence of image content and the number of analyzed blocks is studied. It is shown that 500 or 1000 blocks are usually enough to carry out prediction with appropriate accuracy.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130309921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
