The optical scheme for registration of digital holograms of diffuse objects is developed and optimized. The software has been developed for recording, processing and reconstruction of digital holographic interferograms. Special equipment has been created for fastening and dosed load of dental implants. The experimental dependence obtained during the study shown that popular today titanium abutments take less deformation under mechanical load than abutments from ZrO2. Also, the same dependency for the implant length is shown.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115426781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Each antenna is composed of an inset-fed rectangular patch connected to one, two or three shorted stubs via graphene nanoplatelets. The reactance at the radiating edge of the patch is varied by varying the graphene resistance inducing a shift in the resonant frequency. The graphene resistance is varied by applying a DC voltage between the feed line and the ground plane. Increasing the number of stubs increases the variation of reactance causing an increase of the frequency shift. The designs are validated by simulations and measurements. For the antenna with two stubs there is a frequency shift of 300 MHz while no significant impact of the stubs is noticed on the radiation pattern of the antennas.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125297281","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Such tasks are solved in agriculture, geodesy and cartography, environmental monitoring, etc. The rational use of photo and video equipment is based on the prediction of the recognition properties of the constructing image. One of the most influential operational factors, what limiting the recognition properties of an image in the photo-video recording, is its image shift. The reasons for the image shift are analyzed. Image shift sources are classified according to their origin. The effect of the shift on image quality and its recognition properties is evaluated by spatial-frequency analysis. The proposed and well-grounded image shift algorithm estimation of image shift makes it possible to develop comprehensive recommendations for improving image quality and reducing the impact of such a shift on the photo-video recording results.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"725 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116752136","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was shown that optimal deposition time and etching time for Si nanowire -based solar cell are 60 s and 30 min, respectively. The tuning was achieved by displacement of either a signal electrode or dielectric plate above the substrate, which leads to an alteration of wavelength in line. This phenomenon can be used in the design of tunable resonators and phaseshifters. Both losses in dielectric and metallic parts of the coplanar waveguide line are studied. It is shown, that signal electrode lifting leads to reducing both dielectric and metallic losses. The same behaviour is observed for the metallic losses in the case of tuning by dielectric plate. Lifting of the dielectric plate above the substrate leads to increasing dielectric losses in the substrate but reduces the losses in the moveable dielectric plate. Thus, micromechanical tuning does not bring additional losses. The influence of geometrical and electrophysical line parameters on both types of losses is discussed.","PeriodicalId":210314,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE 40th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123993991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
