The proximate analysis was found to be 89.63 and 86.43 moisture and 12.48 and 7.65 crude protein and 3.86 and 14.05 total lipid and 18.5 and 12.26 ash, 14.61 and 16.36 crude fiber, 50.55 and 49.23 total available carbohydrate in peel of Musa sapientum and Musa cavandish ., respectively. Health care decision makers ease to make plan for health care, measure and compare the economic burden to society. In this study, collected some data from the patients those who got gastritis problem and they were expend their money as medical and non-medical cost and also lost jobs therefore they were facing monitory loss. Studies of 40 patients were shown economic burden on the society. The object of this work is to collect the data of gastritis suffered people, concerning their medical and nonmedical expenses which affect the life style of the patients and the impact of the cost-of-illness on developed and under-developed countries. With highly concerned about the economical perspective, societal and economic impacts must associated with patients life and it is necessary to identify different parameters that can reduce the burden of diseases. The cost-of-illness study on gastritis is very important now a days because many of the middle class individuals has been suffering from this problem and it is good to evaluate different technique in health medical care. The synthesized composites were characterized by UV–visible spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Particle size and zeta potential analysis. The surface morphology and elemental analysis of synthesized Ag@rGONCs was done using scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDX). The modified graphene can efficiently adsorb heavy metal ions and selectivity was precise due to presence of embedded silver ions on surface. The in situ decoration of silver ions on graphene oxide (GO) was accomplished in single step via one pot methodology using green precursor. The catalytic action of jamun seeds helps to reduce the GO to rGO and simultaneous decoration of silver nanoparticles. It also provided capping ability to avoid aggregation. In order to get insight to understand the mechanism of steroidogenesis and study of various phases of estrus cycle in highly prolific Tapri goats of Sindh, in first phase an attempt was made to determine the length of various phases of estrus cycle of Tapri breed and its comparison with cross breed goats during three estrus cycles. Total ten healthy adult cycling goats (five from each breed) were maintained at the departments of animal reproduction and livestock management, FAHVS, SAU, Tandojam. Vaginal cytology method was used as marker to determine the status of estrus cycle. It was found that mean length of estrus cycle in tapri and cross breed goats were 21.32±0.26 and 21.2±0.56 days, respectively, both the longest (22.2±0.67 days) and shortest (20.4±0.66 days) duration of estrus cycles length were found in cross breed.
