The synthesized samples have dimensions of the order of 0.5 to 0.8 μ m and crystallite size of the prepared samples calculated by Powder XRD analysis using Scherer’s formula. The optical characterization of the prepared nanomaterials showed that the band gap energy of the annealed chromium doped samples were found to be 5.74 eV by varying in intensity by Tauc plot that established well optical nature of the synthesized compound which is also have a good concord with the Powder XRD analysis with its crystalline nature. The FT-IR spectra clearly indicating the complete formation of Fe 2 O 3 by observing corresponding functional groups such as Fe=O and O=O vibrations in their respective wavenumbers. The sensing performance of the prepared samples for creatinine was carried out using electrochemical workstation. Interestingly, the electrochemical analysis exposed the good sensing behaviour of the Cr-doped Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles which displayed corresponding redox peaks attributed to the reversible Faradaic redox reaction at the electrode surface caused by the pseudo-capacitance nature for α – Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles as an active material, slightly than the double layer capacitance. Consequently the current outcomes revealed a good sensing behaviour on creatinine for Cr-doped Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles synthesized by an effortless cost effective green synthesis method.","PeriodicalId":209214,"journal":{"name":"Indian Journal of Pure & Applied Physics","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128100723","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They include the existence of spin filtering, high magnetism and continuous emission of electromagnetic radiation. A comprehensive ab-initio study of structural, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of 2D–GaN monolayer possessing several Ge atoms as adsorbents has been performed. We employ the norm-conserving pseudopotentials for atoms and plane waves in a generalised gradient approximation within density functional theory (DFT). The semiconducting pure GaN monolayer is converted into a metallic one in far 2-Ge atoms adsorbed above Ga in 2D-GaN monolayer systems. The behaviour of magnetism is found to be site-independent. The binding energies per adatom of the Ge-atoms adsorbed above N are larger than those of the Ge-atoms adsorbed above Ga atoms. Along with the main strong absorption lying in the ultraviolet region in all the Ge-adsorbed GaN monolayers, strong continuous absorption from the far infrared region to the visible region has been seen in some systems. These systems may be useful for development of light-emitting devices that will emit in various regions of the energy spectrum including visible region. The emission in the deep ultraviolet region may also be used for sterilization, water purification, etc.","PeriodicalId":209214,"journal":{"name":"Indian Journal of Pure & Applied Physics","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117329517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The single differential ionization cross-section (SDCS) as a function of loss of incident electron energy and Double Differential Cross Section (DDCS) as a function of energy loss of incident electron and incident angle, is calculated. To reach exact values of differential ionization cross sections for HCl molecule, a modified semi-empirical approach of Jain and Khare is used. Partial and total absolute ionization cross-section of HCl is available but there is no data for differential ionization cross-sections. So, first time, the results for single and double differential ionization cross-sections for HCl molecule is investigated.","PeriodicalId":209214,"journal":{"name":"Indian Journal of Pure & Applied Physics","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123865731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
