The agricultural sector employs majorities in developing countries and contributes greatly to its development. Unluckily, majorities of the farmers are smallholders living in rural areas and thus, lack appropriate access to markets for their products and also, they are deprived of agricultural market information. As results, farmers are exploited by middlemen who offer low prices for their agricultural produce. This study presents the best way for the agricultural stakeholders to obtain easily agricultural market information service. This study presents a novel agricultural market information system which was implemented using some concepts of crowdsourcing. Crowdsourcing allows sellers to broadcast whatever produce they want to sell and customers are allowed to submit their requests using either SMS or web.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. This explains why financial exclusion is a leading cause of extreme poverty and a key barrier to growth. The level of financial inclusion in Sub-Saharan Africa still remains low. However, there is evidence that mobile money technology, taking advantage of the high level of mobile phone penetration in the region, has been seen to drive financial inclusion. However, very few studies have been conducted in the region to particularly establish the extent mobile money service usage has leveraged financial inclusion. In this study, we investigate the extent to which three most common mobile money services namely, sending money, receiving money and bill payment have leveraged financial inclusion in a Sub-Saharan African country like Uganda. Our study reveals that the most widely used mobile money service in this rural area was for receiving money. This has greatly enhanced financial inclusion by facilitating both domestic and international remittance.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. While forecasts indicate how this sector has the potential to grow in the future, a gap remains for smart textiles to become commercially viable. Growth in consumerism and consumption of services and experiences has led to innovative products that satisfy higher order needs including ideas, sensory and emotional fulfilment, cultural experiences and entertainment. The aim of the paper is to understand smart textiles in this context and to identify factors that influence personal ownership in fitness sector. These will help manufacturers and technologists gain insight into consumer experience and contribute to better design, innovation, marketing and services. The research findings identify important features consumers value in their decision making to purchase a smart top in fitness sector. The results contribute to the field of user adoption in smart textiles and conclude with proposals for the direction of future design and technical development.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. A research framework was developed based on the Technology-Organization-Environment TOE framework and the Diffusion of Innovations DOI theory, comprising of ten factors which were hypothesized and tested for the adoption of BIS in HEIs. Data was collected through a paper survey questionnaire from a sample of 120 managers and academicians in twelve private universities in Selangor State, Malaysia which were analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling PLS-SEM. The findings revealed that Absorptive Capacity, Competitive Pressure, Complexity, IT Infrastructure, Presence of Champion, Top Management Support, and Vendor Selection, are the factors influencing BIS adoption in the universities. The results also indicate that most private universities in Malaysia are currently involved in level 2 of BIS adoption. Other implications are also discussed.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first initiative to solve the problem of dangling pronoun where corresponding noun is not available. If the information retrieval procedures extract any sentence with dangling pronoun, it may raise confusion to the user. To mitigate this problem, a method has been proposed here by using general and special tagging, dependency parsing, full name identifying and finally pronoun replacing. For achieving the target of this method, 3000 Bangla news documents have been analyzed and some grammar books have been studied. Seven knowledgeable persons in the arena of Bangla language also helped us in this research work. Finally, the proposed method shows 71.80% accuracy in the evaluation for replacing pronoun.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. The extent of online security technology used, users' perception of online safety and security is also discussed. Many people and organizations do not explicitly recognize the importance of knowledge, in contrast to their more visible financial and capital assets Pires, 2016. To measure in a proper and impartial way it is necessary to teach in an imaginative and diverse way providing students with the maximum amount of information on a given problem, by means of multiple paths Pires, 2016. Measuring knowledge or academic performance changing the learning curves of different cognitive functions it would be something that would change completely the learning/study methods and the ways of monitoring the progression of any student. More, it would be possible to achieve individually objectives for certain cognitive functions, through a learning curve less extensive because we would focus the attention in the fundamental details Pires, 2016. As intelligent living creatures that we are, we are not isolated from the surround space. We live on it, breath from it and have influence on us in many ways.
