The expectation is that it will improve the quality of life and decrease corruption. The current research is survey-based using a structural equation modeling technique that investigates citizens' behavioral intentions towards using e-services and cross-validates a previous study with a new matching data sample. One hundred six questionnaires were analyzed, and findings showed significant relationships between UTAUT2 constructs (performance expectancy, habit, social influence, price value, and trust in the internet) and intention to use e-government services in Lebanon. The results also shed light on e-government adoption inhibitors (effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and trust in government). Therefore, the findings will be beneficial to the Lebanese government to develop and improve the e-services. Despite achieving its aim, this study has its limitations, which constitute the future research direction.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. These uncertainties can be traced back to the acquisition chain, to uneven lighting conditions used during imaging or to the noisy environment. On the other hand, intuitionistic fuzzy hypergraphs are considered a useful mathematical tool for digital image processing since they can represent digital images as complex relationships between pixels and model uncertain or imprecise knowledge explicitly. This paper presents the approach for noisy color image segmentation and edge detection based on intuitionistic fuzzy hypergraphs. First, the RGB image is transformed to the HLS space resulting in three separated components. Then each component is intuitionistically fuzzified based on entropy measure from which an intuitionistic fuzzy hypergraph is generated automatically. The generated hypergraphs will be used for denoising, segmentation, and edges detection. The first experimentations showed that the proposed approach gave good results especially in the case of dynamic threshold.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. Since no survey is available about this topic, this paper is written to help recently interested researchers in the field to have an idea about IP integration. This paper tries to put the light on IP integration challenges over time and how researchers and industrials have dealt with every challenge. On the other hand, the emergence of the standard IP-XACT for packaging, integrating, and reusing intellectual properties has enabled the development of many integration tools and the enhancement of the already existing ones. In this regard, different solutions are presented in this paper before and after the emergence of the standard enriched with a discussion of different proposed solutions including an attempt to define what is needed to be done else. At the end, the paper concludes by considering a promising tendency that hopefully will mitigate some of IP integration gaps.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. Whilst extant studies in information systems research have examined the factors that lead to successful e-government development, these studies fail to view ICT access and skills as dual necessities such that without either, the success of e-government development can be derailed. Previous studies have also failed to consider the mediating effect of a country's political and regulatory environment on e-government development. The authors address these by relying on secondary data and partial least squares-structural equation modeling to test a model based on the technology-organization-environment framework. The results show that ICT skills positively influences e-government development, whilst ICT access and the political and regulatory environment do not. Furthermore, the political and regulatory environment was found to positively mediate the link between ICT access and e-government development. Whilst the findings make important contributions to e-government research at the global level, this research provides some implications for policy and practice.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. A lot of research works on English text summarization have come to light to deal with this gigantic body of online text. Unfortunately, a few works have been accomplished for Bangla though a huge number of people are involved with this language. This article has tried to explore the trend of research work on Bangla text summarization. Fourteen approaches have been briefly expounded here by addressing the pros and cons with some scope of improvement. A comparison has also been turned based on their incorporated features and evaluation results. It is expected that this article will draw the attention of more researchers in the area of Bangla text summarization and give a crystal-clear message about the opportunities to the next generation. The integrated message about all the existing methods has been depicted here to reveal the importance of Bangla text summarization. To the best of the author's knowledge, this is the first review study in this ground.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. The data for this study was generated through a research questionnaire instrument. The technology acceptance model (TAM) was used as the theoretical framework for the study while the analysis was done with SPSS. The results indicated that political trust is a significant predictor of the intention to use e-government services. The results also demonstrated that whilst political trust was not significant in predicting the perceived usefulness of e-government services, it was significant in determining the perceived ease of use of e-government services. In addition, this study has shown that political trust has a significant moderating effect on both the impact of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the intention to use e-government services. The implications of these findings are discussed.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. The correlation between subfactors is part of the justification for how these subfactors sustain the potential for innovation within an industry. This analysis is based on IPI, specifically on its ability to identify sectorial segments with potential for innovation in a given territorial area. The IPI has the characteristic of being assertive, with low updating costs, and of mapping in a selected territory, which would be the sectorial nuclei that present a high potential for innovation. Such a tool could support a robust development policy based on innovation, in a comprehensive way, through which sectors should be activated and encouraged in which territories. This would enable an effective and profound alignment of strategies, policies, and actions.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. In reality, the election was not as flawless as many people believe. There were lots of problems associated with it, particularly in the areas of verification and authentication of eligible voters. This work examines these problems and proposed a fuzzy-based multi-modal architectural model for future elections in contrast to the unimodal model currently in use. The architecture is based on the extraction of the features of fingerprint and iris of the prospective voters as opposed to only fingerprint currently in use. Drawing from the strength of fingerprint and Iris features discussed in the work, a robust architecture supported by the fuzzy-based mathematical model was developed for future elections. Further discussed were the advantages of the proposed architecture over the current INEC method of voter verification and authentication.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Technol. Localization and movement are two rudimentary necessities of the autonomous robots before accomplishing any job. So, many researchers have proposed methods of localization using external tools like network connectivity, global positioning system (GPS), etc. However, if these tools are lost, either the movement will be paused, or the robot will be derailed from the actual mission. In these circumstances, the authors propose an approach to localize an autonomous robot in a specific area using the given set of images without external help. The image database has been prepared and kept in the internal memory of robot so that image matching can be done quickly. The localization method has been accomplished using three algorithms: (1) SURF, (2) ICP-BP, and (3) EMD. In the evaluation, SURF has been found better than ICP-BP and EMD in terms of accuracy and elapsed time. The authors believe that the proposed method will add value to other methods using some external tools even when those tools are unavailable.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. A random sample of 60 college students majoring in English was selected randomly and divided into two groups: Experimental group (Ex.) 30, and Controlled group (Conc.) 30. Pre-and post- speaking tests were administrated to both groups. Moreover, 15 English language teachers are called on to be included in this inquiry. Furthermore, interviews were conducted to check the participants' attitude towards this teaching strategy. The findings of inspection revealed that (Ex.) outperformed (Cont.G) in the post-test achievement. Further, this examination uncovers that incorporating melded learning model comes up with superb results among ESL students. Additionally, it demonstrates that such a system leads to learner autonomy and high-powered instruction. This exploration comes to conclude that integrating appropriate technology as an assertive method in classroom is of paramount importance to promote language skills' quality in a virtual learning environment.","PeriodicalId":208567,"journal":{"name":"Int.
