The open and free characteristics of Maker product development approach brings amazing advantages and also problems at the same time. For amateur Makers and student Makers, it's easy for them to generate innovative ideas but difficult to turn ideas into prototypes. And especially for Makers who would like to further develop their prototypes into fine designed commercial products. Hence, in this paper, an integrated pattern using different innovation methods for Makers' product development is proposed based on Maker product development process and innovation methods classifycation. This technology has been applied in many fields, such as The electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. The EEG signals can intuitively express the human emotional state and has attracted attentions of many researchers. Besides, it has a strong correlation during a period. To preserve the correlation, this paper presents an emotion recognition algorithm based on convolution neural network (ERACNN). In this paper, the EEG signals are pretreated, and then the parameters of CNN are selected. Finally, the classification model of emotion recognition is trained. Experimental results show that the results based on ERACNN is more robust than these based on Support Vector Machine (SVM). Such landscapes have generally been produced within the framework of Walsh polynomials or general parametric interaction models. This paper attempts a novel way by constructing test functions with sinusoidal basis functions. It is remarked that, for a GA with a binary encoding, a linearly separable fitness function, i.e., a zero-epistasis fitness function, can be expressed as the sum of periodical basis functions whose frequencies are exponential to 2, and the sinusoidal bases with such frequencies are much more suitable than those with other integral frequencies to construct epistasis-tunable test functions. To check the consistency of IFPRs and the consensus among experts, a new consistency index and a consensus index are introduced, respectively. By minimizing deviations of initial IFPRs and corresponding improved IFPRs, a goal program is built to improve the consistency of IFPRs and group consensus simultaneously. Finally, a novel algorithm is proposed for group decision making with IFPRs. This is referred to as concept drift problem and it is considered to be the root cause of performance degradation of online machine learning models. To tackle this problem, a reliable and fast drift detection method is required to achieve real time responsiveness to the drifts. This paper presents a fast and accurate drift detection method, namely KS-SVD test — KSSVD, to monitor the distribution changes of the data stream. Our method employs the SVD technique to first check the direction change of the data, followed by a KS test on each direction to detect the univariate distribution changes. The algorithm still uses the traditional particle filter to predict the target, but in iteration every time, when searching the best position of the target, the color and contour information of the target can be adaptively combined. When the users are located at the same area, the traffic cost could be saved via the technology of WiFi direct. In this paper, a network-coding-based video transmission scheme is proposed for such scenario. In the scheme, when a source user needs to transmit a video to others, it equally splits the original file into multiple segments. When a neighbour connects to it and requests a segment, the user will linearly generate a new segment with all the segments it buffers, and then send the re-encoded segment to other neighbours. After the neighbours receive all or part of the segments, they could become a new source and send data to their own neighbours through the technology of WiFi direct. The graphical structure is based on the causal relationships between the flows and their spatiotemporal neighbourhood, and takes into account the transport service. In previous work, we described the local conditional distributions as linear Gaussians. In this paper, we extend the approach to Gaussian mixture models in order to better catch the nonlinear relationships between the variables. In the presence of incomplete data, the structure and the parameters are learned by the structural expectation-maximization (EM) algorithm, to which we add a new step for determining the optimal number of mixing components. This paper deals with the defection by scenic spot recommendation system based on Unity3D. We take Xiamen University and its surrounding attractions as an example to discuss the key technology of virtual scenic spots system based on Unity3D, including 3D modeling, building virtual scene, designing UI system, character interaction and recommendation algorithm. The recommendation system has two parts, one is the platform construction using Unity3D, where C# is the development language, and the other one is the algorithm designing that includes popular scenic spot recommendation algorithm and personalized scenic spot recommendation algorithm.
