There are many reasons for that but one of the main reason might be that data comes from different operational sources of an organization and it is difficult to organize and maintain especially if a huge volume of data is involved. A Data warehouse is helpful in this regard as it can assist in business decision-making by collecting data from different operational sources of the organization. To collect the data from different sources and then loading it into a warehouse is also difficult to manage the data on these sources is not in a consistent format. It is usually a three step process that involves extraction, transformation and loading. The extraction of data from these different sources, then transform it into a consistent format and consequently load it into the warehouse, by using ETL (Extract, transform and load) tools. Nowadays, the majority of ETL tools organize workflow. An ETL workflow can be considered as a group of ETL jobs with dependencies between them. In this research different considerations are discussed which are necessary for the proper management of workflow in context of efficient business decision-making process. The purpose of this research paper is to give a novel idea about the possibility of designing an intelligent decision support system by using the techniques of data mining as well as the differential evolution algorithm of artificial neural networks. Artificial neural networks are being used to enhance the capabilities of the intelligent decision support system. A preexisting differential evolution algorithm with slight modification is being used within the DSS environment. There is described development method of control applications by industrial WinPLC/WinPAC and REX control compiler in comparison to classical development methods that need expensive RT measurement cards and produce only one purpose development solution. The project is based on specification of development process of designed control schemas of prepared applications to an industrial utilization by direct connection and implementation to the chosen control system WinPLC/WinPAC. Paper deals with a way how to produce a solution for control applications that are prepared, designed and implemented in MATLAB-Simulink to the target platform. VoIP signal quality can be degraded by network layer problems which includes delay, packet loss and jitter. But the frame loss while transmitting voice over internet services may generate audible distortion in the perceived speech quality. The simulation model of VoIP network under impairments is presented in this paper. The results are measured using the perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ). Consequently this study was to investigate the relationship between creative organizational climate and learning organization and to identify the differences in learning organization based on the selected demographic variables. The sample consisted of 500 middle and senior level management staff in Malaysian telecommunication companies. The results hypothesized that creative organizational climate are positively related to learning organization. The study also revealed that all of the creative organizational climate components played significant role on learning organization. Significant difference in learning organization was also reported between male and female and senior and middle management staff. The searching system is based on the Vietnamese Language Query Processing (VLQP) framework. The VLQP framework is built to support the implementation of Vietnamese language query processing component for intelligent searching systems in library field. At the present, VLQP’s features still limit, but this framework may be extended and performed completely. The experimental results show that the system works stably with quite high accuracy, based on our evaluation method. Vector Space Model is used to represent the “Bag of Word” BOW of the documents with term weighting phenomena. Documents representing through this model has some limitations that is, ignoring term dependencies, structure and ordering of the terms in documents. To overcome this problem semantic base feature vector is proposed. That is used to extracts the concept of term, co-occurring and associated terms using ontology. The kinematics of the propulsion system with focus in the relation between wheels angular speeds and robot velocity is described. Then, the kinetic behavior equivalent to the kinematic description is developed. According to characteristics of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods, the paper adopted AHP to determine weight of indexes in the comprehensive evaluation method and applied it in the decision of logistics park site selection.
