Oxford (1990) ''s SILL was used for item analysis and factor analysis, and the results were analyzed in various angles. \u0000First, item analysis shows that specific subcategory strategies are used in each strategy category. In the memory strategy, the cognitive - mediated strategy was used mainly and the practice and utilization strategy was preferred in cognitive strategy category. \u0000In compensation strategy, alternative strategy was actively used rather than analogical strategy, and it was confirmed that strategies for learning and coordination were actively used in metacognitive strategies that manage learning process as a whole. In affective strategy, encouragement and reward related strategies were used extensively. In social strategy, the use of interrogative strategy was shown to be passive in comparison with strategies to cooperate with others. \u0000In the result of factor analysis, social strategy category was excluded. One item was removed from the cognitive strategy and the compensation strategy, and they were reconstructed as a new factor of ''comprehension strategy''. \u0000The rest of the strategy categories are the same as the existing categories. This is different from previous studies in which various factors are reconstructed, and it can be interpreted that Vietnamese learners have a tendency to be explained by existing SILL category. In the works of the female authors, it frequently found that dance for woman revealed as an active way to show their sense of identity. Considering definition of dance as culture and art element that showed people`s life and feeling through body moves as nonverbal communication, it could be said that looking for the meaning of dance inside the literature works is very meaningful and fascinating. Based on those things, this research has aims to discuss the meaning of dance that melt inside the women life through the Indonesian female authors` works. Looking the reality that the subject of this research is reading the meaning of dance inside the Indonesian female authors` works, thus the research materials are three works of females authors that showed strong connection between the dance and the woman protagonist (leading female role), namely Pada Sebuah Kapal by Nh. Dini, Saman by Ayu Utami and Tarian Bumi by Oka Rusmini. From the discussion about the issues, the summary of this research can be stated as follow, first, Sri`s dance in Pada Sebuah Kapal could be understood as an expression or her sense of identity as a woman. Because Sri was born as fifth child who`s actually unwanted by her parents and rarely communicate with others, she just observed her surround people. However, when she`s dancing, she could communicate both with herself and others. Through dancing, she had courage to say out loud her feelings and mentalities. Second, Shakuntala in Saman celebrated herself through dance. Through dancing, she showed the rights of her body that was belong to her, not to others or society norms. Her dance also confirmed her rejection to be just the dancer, which is “part of celebration for them.” Finally, Luh Sekar dance in Tarian Bumi could be said have strong connection to the power and the desire of women. She danced to get attention and love from men of higher caste. {"title":"인도네시아의 재난방재관리체계 연구: 재난의 특성, 제도적 혁신, 정책실행의 문제점","authors":"박재봉, 임승빈","doi":"10.21485/hufsea.2017.27.1.003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21485/hufsea.2017.27.1.003","url":null,"abstract":"이 논문은 인도네시아의 자연재난 특성과 제도적 혁신 그리고 재난방재정책의 문제점을 다각적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 인도네시아 정부가 SFDRR에서 규정한 4대 핵심과제를 얼마나 잘 수행하고 있는지 그리고 정책실행의 문제점은 무엇인지를 밝히고자 하였다. 인도네시아는 태평양 연안의 불의 고리(Ring of Fire)에 위치하여 전통적으로 화산, 지진과 쓰나미, 연무 등의 재난을 당하여 왔다. 최근에는 지구온난화의 영향으로 홍수, 가뭄, 태풍, 산사태 등의 피해가 증가하고 있다. 2004년의 수마트라 쓰나미 사태 이후에 인도네시아 정부는 대대적인 제도 및 기구 개혁을 실시하였다. 2007년에 재해극복법(UUPB)를 제정하였고 2008년에는 중앙과 지방에 재난관리 기구(BNPB와 BPBD)들을 설립하였고 재난자료 및 정보 데이터베이스(DIBI)를 구축하는 등 SFDRR에서 규정한 첫 번째와 두 번째 아젠다를 매우 충실하게 실행하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 제도혁신과는 다르게 정책실행 과정에서는 여전히 재원부족과 공무원들의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 재난관리재정은 GDP의 0.3%에 불과하여 SFDRR이 요구한 1%에 크게 미달하고 있으며 기존에 설치되어 운영 중인 재난방재 기구들이 관리가 허술하고 고장이 잦어 재난의 예방과 복구에 허점을 드러내고 있는 상황이다. SFDRR에서 규정한 세 번째 및 네 번째 아젠다는 아직 충족시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 다각적인 문제점을 명확하게 보여주는 사례가 재난대비 조기경보체제(EWS, Early Warning System) 운영이다. 인도네시아는 17,000여개의 섬으로 이루어진 전형적인 군도국가이기 때문에 재난 EWS의 실험장이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 인도네시아에는 지진, 쓰나미, 홍수, 산사태 등에 관한 EWS가 실험적으로 운영되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 재난 EWS가 기술력과 관료들의 역량 부족으로 효과적으로 운영되지 못하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 ICT 강국인 한국정부와 기업들이 인도네시아 재난 EWS 시장에 진출하는 것은 두 나라 모두에게 큰 이익이 될것으로 판단된다. One of them is less interesting learning media. One of the technologies that can be used to support exciting learning is block programming Alice and Scratch. This article aims to develop online training materials Logic and Algorithm utilize block programming scratch for level five elementary school and block programming Alice for level eight junior high school as eLearning content. The development of this research is carried out by Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. Initial products were reviewed and advised by 2 primary school teachers, 2 junior high school teachers. Product quality assessment is done based on content feasibility aspect, feasibility of presentation, language feasibility using Likert scale.
