In the context of being a state in Indonesia based on the Pancasila philosophy, the life principles of every citizen must reflect the moral values of Pancasila, as referred to in the first to fifth principles. So far, the self-values that Indonesian people carry out in their daily lives follow things taught from generation to generation according to local wisdom. Currently, the world is increasingly global and almost remote, with technology in various fields (especially information) becoming increasingly sophisticated, many things a person does can be known to the public in matter of seconds. People really depend on global information provided by ‘search engines’ such as Google, rather than other information manually because it is considered faster and more accurate, including people looking for clues about self-worth/personal values from various teachings. This greatly influences a person’s actions/decisions/attitudes towards life and life, thereby encouraging self-worth to become an object of research. This research uses a qualitative method with analysis techniques based on a literature review through primary data regarding existing policies in the region and secondary data that is avaliable in various literature, books, journals and website searches. This research also uses a humanist-pluralist perspective, social and sosial theories to explain the framework of the Pancasila self-value guide concept based on Madurese cultural etiquette in collaboration with Brawijaya University (UB). UB was chosen as a research partner considering that Malang is an educational city whose students are very ethnically diverse, so it is hoped that the can provide input and share new strategies for creating locality-based Pancasila self-values. The results of this research are in the form of models and academic texts for draft regional regulations that regulate the community’s obligations to implement local cultural etiquette. It is hoped that this regional policy can preserve Madurese cultural values which can be elevated to self-values as part of the Pancasila principles, apart from that is also provides a solid foundation for building a civilized national character. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the economic impacts of road and bridge infrastructure investments in Tabalong Regency. Utilizing secondary data sourced from the Tabalong Regency Statistics Office (BPS), the research employs a quantitative approach, primarily through regression analysis, to examine the relationship between infrastructure investments and economic indicators. The findings reveal significant positive correlations between infrastructure development and various economic metrics. Enhanced road and bridge networks are shown to facilitate smoother transportation of goods and people, reduce logistical costs, and improve market accessibility for businesses. This, in turn, stimulates economic activities, boosts productivity, and attracts investments into the region. Moreover, improved infrastructure supports the development of other sectors such as tourism, agriculture, and manufacturing, creating a multiplier effect on economic growth. Based on the research outcomes, it is recommended that Tabalong Regency continues to prioritize and invest in infrastructure projects, particularly those related to roads and bridges. The main research question to be answered in this study is: \"How does tourism development in Kampung Pelangi Semarang affect the social and economic aspects of the local community?\" This study will utilize a qualitative approach with data collection methods including in-depth interviews with residents of Kampung Pelangi, participant observation, and documentary studies. This is done to gain a deep understanding of the perspectives and experiences of the local community regarding the impacts of tourism development in their area. Local residents have also been able to capitalize on tourist needs by offering various local products and services, such as handicrafts and regional cuisine. Moreover, the increase in tourist numbers has brought about an increase in income for residents of Kampung Pelangi, both directly through the sale of goods and services, and indirectly through the growth of the local economy driven by tourism. Tourism development in Kampung Pelangi Semarang has had impacts on the social and economic lives of the community. New business opportunities, income growth, and changes in livelihoods are key factors driving economic welfare improvement for residents. Lifestyle changes, social interactions, and positive perceptions of tourism reflect the social impacts that have occurred. As the holder of the G20 presidency, Indonesia's role was highlighted and received full attention from various mass media, both national and international. The media with its hegemonic interpretation can create a positive or negative image of the government and the state. In the production and dissemination of news, the media represent countries, regions, and continents by constructing concepts, images, and identities as conveyed by the selected news source. This study aims to explore how television coverage in Indonesia represented by three national news televisions (TVOne, Metro TV and Kompas TV) chooses news sources, framing, and determines the tone of news for the G20 Summit in Bali, Indonesia. The method used in this study is comparative content analysis with the Chi-Square test to determine whether there are significant differences among media in the use of news sources, framing, and news tone. The results showed that most of the news broadcast by the three national television media was frameless, which was 52%, while the most widely used frame was conflict and attraction in the same percentage  at  15%. The research seeks to understand the evolving landscape of digital learning platforms and their integration into public health education programs. It investigates how these platforms can be leveraged to design and disseminate behaviour change communication interventions effectively. The study examines the theoretical foundations that underpin behaviour change communication and the ways in which digital learning platforms can enhance these foundations. Furthermore, the research addresses the critical issue of accessibility and inclusivity, as digital platforms have the potential to bridge the gap between diverse populations in terms of health literacy, socio-economic status, and geographical location. By employing a conceptual framework that combines elements of health communication theory, pedagogy, and technology adoption models, this study aims to provide insights into the effective utilization of digital learning platforms for behaviour change communication. Accidental sampling technique was used to select three hundred and sixteen students   Nassarawa state university Keffi.  Three standardized instruments were used to measure both the independent and dependent variables one hypothec was formulated and tested using multiple regression analysis and correlation. The findings of the study indicated that spiritual entitlement and its facets did not significantly predict depression academic entitlement did have the highest significant influence on students’ depressive state while psychological entitlement came next. The results of the study also show that both psychological entitlement and intellectual humility jointly and significantly predicted moral tolerance. It was concluded that subjective depression is associated with dispositional factors. {"title":"Public Perception on Reintegration of Captive Farmers Returnees by Boko Haram Insurgents in Borno State: Evidence from Dikwa Local Government Area","authors":"Jaji Ahmed","doi":"10.59653/pancasila.v2i01.481","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.59653/pancasila.v2i01.481","url":null,"abstract":"This study assessed the community perception on the reintegration of captive farmers returnees of Boko Haram insurgency in Borno State, Nigeria, with specific reference to Dikwa Local Government Area. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. The study population consisted of 300 captive farmer returnees, 100 community members, and 20 key informants from the authorities and civil society organizations. The study used a stratified random sampling technique to select 150 captive farmer returnees, 50 community members, and 10 key informants for the survey. The study also conducted 10 focus group discussions and 10 in-depth interviews with the selected respondents. The study found that the reintegration of captive farmer returnees was necessary and justified for the peace and security of the area, as well as for the restoration of the livelihoods and dignity of the returnees. However, the study also found that the role of the authorities in facilitating the reintegration of captive farmer returnees was mixed and inadequate, and that there were several challenges and gaps in the coordination, management, and implementation of the reintegration program. Moreover, the study found that the reintegration of captive farmer returnees faced various challenges, such as stigma and discrimination, trauma and psychological distress, poverty and unemployment, insecurity and fear, and lack of trust and confidence. The study concluded that the reintegration of captive farmer returnees by Boko Haram insurgents in Dikwa Local Government Area Borno State was a necessary but challenging process, and that the role of the authorities and the perception of the communities were critical factors for the success and sustainability of the reintegration program. The study recommended that the authorities should improve the coordination and collaboration, enhance the transparency and accountability, provide adequate security and protection, provide basic services and amenities, provide psychosocial support and counseling, provide vocational training and income-generating activities, and provide legal assistance and documentation for the returnees and the communities. Tourism in Indonesia is currently considered one of the significant influences in the country. Traveloka is an online travel agent used for booking tickets and various accommodations online. Additionally, Traveloka is known for its active presence in advertising on various social media platforms. The aim of this research is to determine the Influence of Traveloka's Instagram Social Media Advertising on Sumba on Followers' Visit Decisions. This study employs communication theory (S-O-R) or Stimulus-Organism-Response. The research method is quantitative, involving several data analysis techniques to analyze the obtained data from questionnaire distribution, including Normality Test, Correlation Test, and Simple Linear Regression Test to understand the extent of the influence among the variables being studied using SPSS. The research concludes that Instagram advertising influences visitation decisions.
