Rumah sakit yang bergerak pada bidang kesehatan serta beroperasi hampir di seluruh Indonesia dan sebagai salah satu rumah sakit terbesar di Indonesia. Di masa pandemi seperti sekarang ini rumah sakit harus mampu bersaing dengan rumah sakit lainnya, seperti dengan cara rumah sakit harus bisa meningkatkan kinerjanya, kinerja dalam melayani pasien atau bahkan kinerja keuangannya. Kondisi keuangan rumah sakit yang tidak stabil tentunya sangat berdampak besar terhadap kinerja keuanga rumah sakit.  Sehingga perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan rumah sakit. Kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan beberapa alat analisis keuangan, salah satunya pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan nilai (Value Based) yaitu Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA).    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja keuangan pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga yang diukur menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA) pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, sumber data yang diperoleh adalah data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode studi kepustakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga tahun 2017 sampai 2021 menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), Rumah Sakit tidak mampu menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomi yang mengarah pada kinerja yang buruk (EVA<0). The formulation of the problem is to empirically prove whether there are differences in the understanding of students from high school with a science major and high school majoring in social studies on the basic concepts of accounting. The basic concept of accounting in this study uses the variables of assets, liabilities, and capital. This research was conducted at a private university in West Java. The data is primary data, and the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were 52 students majoring in accounting for the 2019-2020 class based on certain criteria. The data analysis technique of this research is descriptive statistical analysis, using validity, reliability and Kruskal Wallis difference test with IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 to measure the level of understanding of students from high school majoring in science and high school majoring in social studies on the basic concepts of accounting. The results of this study stated that only the variable Capital (Equity) had a significant difference in understanding between students from high school majoring in science and high school majoring in social studies. Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan adalah promosi penjualan dan personal selling. Promosi penjualan memiliki kelebihan dalam hal promosi produk perbankan karena promosi penjualan dapat menciptakan nasabah baru melalui pameran sedangkan personal selling memiliki kelebihan sampai tahap negosiasi mengingat dapat dilakukan komunikasi langsung sehingga akan mempengaruhi tingkat keputusan pengambilan kredit, namun dilihat dari data realisasi kredit bank mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Promosi Penjualan dan Personal Selling secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit Pada Nasabah Bank CIMB Niaga Cabang Asia Afrika Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah 92 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan variabel promosi penjualan dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit. Metode verifikatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antar promosi penjualan dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit. Businesses in the tofu sector, of course, need high innovation and the right promotion so that consumers can be interested in buying tofu. The purpose of this research is to determine whether product quality determines purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach through a survey. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of respondents studied was 98 people. The data analysis used multiple linear regression after the questionnaire result data was made in the form of MSI and the classical assumption test was fulfilled. The hypothesis of this study is that product quality and promotion have a positive effect partially or simultaneously to the purchase decision. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru PAUD sebanyak 75 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif, pendapat responden tentang kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru PAUD rata-rata masih tergolong kategori cukup baik, sedangkan hasil analisis verifikasi menunjukkan secara parsial atau simultan kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi pedagogik dan kerja motivasi. berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru PAUD, dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,860, terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru PAUD, sedangkan R2 sebesar 74%, artinya PAUD kinerja guru masih dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak dijadikan model penelitian ini sebesar 26%. Kepemimpinan transformasional harus lebih ditingkatkan dengan mengembangkan guru agar memiliki kompetensi kepribadian, profesional dan sosial. As a critical part, the Base Single Part is the most important sub-component that must be completed to be installed in the aircraft part. Base Single Part is a part that is used in all types of aircraft which are specially produced at PT. Dirgantara Indonesia, in one aircraft this component can be installed in the amount of 8000-9000 Base Single Part. In relation to the request from the Final Assembly Line section regarding the request for the Base Single Part component, there are still some products that do not meet the specifications so that they have to be repaired, such as holes that do not match the size, this causes the delivery order process to the Final Assembly Line section to be hampered and disruptive smooth production. The purpose of this research is to control the quality of the Base Single Part product by using a p control chart, and a causal diagram.The results of the study conclude that the calculation of the percentage level of defect in the Base Single Part component using the p control chart, there are 3 percentage points that are outside the control limit, namely in August with a disability percentage of 15.11%, in September 10.32%, and October 15.60%. Factors causing defects in Base Single Part components consist of 3 factors, human factors, method factors and machine factors. The human factor is workers who are less productive. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive-type research. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a number of respondents as many as 20 people. The data analysis technique used is the approach Field surveys are then analyzed to draw conclusions Based on the test results, the t-value iscount 5.66 compared to the value of ttable is equal to the value of (0.05) df = nk-1 that is equal to ttable at df=20-2=98 with (0.05) obtained ttable of 2.101. it can be concluded that the value of tcount (5,66) greater than ttable (2.101), the Sig value is also obtained. < (0.05) i.e. 0.000 < 0.05 then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, it means that the Leadership Interpersonal Communication has a significant influence on employee attitudes. Minat beli produk baru dari brand ternama belum tentu akan menaikkan minat beli konsumen dengan cepat, karena minat beli tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal. Produk Tong Tji Tematik merupakan produk teh instan dari perusahaan teh ternama, namun minat beli konsumen pada produk Tong Tji Tematik belum mempengaruhi penjualannya secara signifikan. Maka dari itu perusahaan perlu mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Tong Tji Tematik di supermarket Borma Dago dan Borma Cikutra. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen Tong Tji Tematik di supermarket Borma Dago dan Borma Cikutra. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 98 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proporsional sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda, Uji F dan Uji T. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif brand image dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Tong Tji Tematik di supermarket Borma Dago dan Borma Cikutra. Secara parsial brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Pondasi wajib sanggup menahan serta meneruskan pembebanan dari konstruksi diatasnya pula sikap tanah di dekat pondasi. Pondasi tidak cuma memikul pembebanan aksial tetapi pula pembebanan sumbu horizontal serta momen yang bekerja. Pembebanan sumbu horizontal pondasi pile bisa terjalin akibat pembebanangempa, pembebananangin pada struktur atas, pembebanantumbukan kapal serta lain- lain. Sebab itu, analisis energi dukung sumbu horizontal pondasi ialah perihal yang berarti, supaya konstruksi pondasi nyaman serta efektif dan bisa memikul pembebanan sumbu horizontal yang terdapat.Analisis ini memakai 2 tata cara ialah tata cara manual memakai tata cara Broms serta tata cara memakai Aplikasi ALLPILE dimana hasil analisis lebih menekankan perbandingan hasil dari kedua tata cara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan seberapa besar Corporate Social Responsibility dan leverage dapat mendorong terjadinya agresivitas pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2017-2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 33 perusahaan. Jenis data penelitian merupakan data panel, dengan sumber data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi.
