El objetivo del estudio fue determinar los factores que influyen en la motivación para el emprendimiento entre los jóvenes de la generación millennial (Y) y centennial (Z). La investigación fue exploratoria, descriptiva no experimental, transversal con enfoque cuantitativo mediante la técnica de encuesta. El Alfa de Cronbach fue de 0.957, siendo el nivel de confiabilidad aceptable. La población de estudio comprendió 167,910 estudiantes entre nivel básico medio, medio superior y superior. La muestra fue determinada por fórmula de poblaciones finitas con un nivel de confianza de 95% y un margen de error de 6%, dando como resultado 265 elementos, dicha cifra fue divida en dos partes, 133 correspondientes a la generación millennial y 132 de la centennial. Methodologically, an analysis of the discourse of the women who participated in the “women’s empowerment” lecture series, conducted at the University of Colima from January to June 2019. The analysis exposes women entrepreneurs who perceive themselves empowered and independent, who perform their work differently from men, in addition to being executors of their own business vision. For them, harmony between the company and the family is important, as well as with their social environment. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar las recomendaciones efectuadas a programas federales mexicanos evaluados en 2007-2017, sus compromisos y cumplimientos, aportar explicaciones de esta situación y realizar propuestas en el caso del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores. La metodología utilizada es el análisis de información documental y entrevistas. Los resultados muestran recomendaciones que no se transforman en compromisos institucionales y temas recurrentes no resueltos, especialmente, la dificultad para llevar a cabo evaluaciones de impacto. Para conocer el uso de esta técnica en la selección de personal se propuso un diseño de Escape Room que sirva como instrumento de contratación para un puesto concreto. Primero se realizó una búsqueda que determinara las competencias del perfil seleccionado y, posteriormente, se procedió a su definición. Como último paso se culminó con la propuesta de Escape Room basado en el conocido modelo CANVAS.
