One of the ways that organizations do in facing competition is by empowering and exploring all the potential of its human resources to the fullest. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotion on employee performance at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch.\u0000The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study 46 employees at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.\u0000The results showed a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 5.820 + 0.546 (X_1) + 0.324 (X2), meaning that if Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotions increase, the performance of employees at PT. The priority of the Bengkulu Branch will also increase. The coefficient of determination is 0.717 (meaning that the variable Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) on the Performance variable contributes 0.717 or 71.7% while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of hypothesis testing for the t-test can be seen that X1 (Organizational citizenship behavior) shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of Organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT Prioritas Bengkulu Branch X2 (position promotion) shows a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of job promotion on employee performance at Prioritas Bengkulu Branch Employees. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) together positive effect on the performance (Y) of employees to employees of PT. This research is designed as a qualitative descriptive research. The research location is in Talang Kabu Village, Ilir Talo District, Seluma Regency. Village selection is carried out on a Purposive basis, while the selection of samples of poor families is carried out randomly. Data collection using questionnaires, observations and in-depth interviews. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The use of sensi masks in Bengkulu City. The data collection method was using a questionnaire. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total of 180 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique to answer the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The objects in this study were the employees of Honda Bintang Motor in Bengkulu City, amounting to 56 people. In this study the authors used quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), and also hypothesis testing. \u0000 Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 11.324 + 0.326X1 + 0.257 (X2) +e. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) from R Square is 0.609, this result shows that the variable Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables that not investigated in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the t test showing the Reward variable (X1), the tsign value < 0.000, it can be concluded that the reward has a significant influence on employee performance (Y), the Work Discipline variable (X2) obtained the tsign value < 0.003, it can be concluded that the discipline work has a significant influence on employee performance (Y). \u0000 Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the F test, the Fsign value is 0.000b < 0.05. The objects in this study were 60 Yamaha NMax customers in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City.
