Abstract

本研究旨在找出蛋糕产品的变化和服务质量对购买兴趣的影响,塔塔面包店,灵卡巴拉特分公司,Bengkulu市。本研究采用定量描述性研究的方法。本研究的对象是位于bengkulu市lingkar barat的塔塔面包店的消费者。抽样方法采用非概率技术,即偶然抽样。这项研究的受访者人数为130人。本研究采用问卷调查的收集方法。为了分析数据,本研究采用多元线性回归分析检验和假设检验,即t检验和f检验。研究结果表明,蛋糕产品变化对购买兴趣有正向影响,服务质量对购买兴趣有正向影响,蛋糕产品变化和服务质量共同对购买兴趣有正向显著影响。关键词:蛋糕产品变异,服务质量,购买兴趣
