The present work reports on the synthesis of PdAg alloy nanocomposite thin films by DC magnetron co-sputtering. We have synthesized the PdAg alloys films at three different compositions of Pd and Ag in the ratio 9:1, 7:3 and 1:1 with nomenclature of Pd90Ag10, Pd70Ag30, and Pd50Ag50 respectively. The relative ratio of Pd and ag was confirmed by Rutherford backscattering using 2 MeV alpha particles. The deposition rates of both Pd and Ag were individually calibrated by sputtering of individual Pd and Ag targets and subsequent film thickness measurement by X-ray reflectivity. The deposition was performed in 99.99% pure Argon environment at a pressure of $2.7times 10-3$ torr, whereas the base pressure was $1times 10-7$ torr. The X-ray diffraction of the samples reveals that there is no indication of separate peaks of either Pd or Ag, and the peak position lies in between the expected individual peaks of both Ag and Pd, which implies that a PdAg alloy is formed at ambient temperature by self- assembly process. It was found that the PdAg alloys films have the face-centred cubic (fcc) structure. FESEM images reveals that the Pd90Ag10 film is densely bound whereas the Pd50Ag50 film has higher porosity.","PeriodicalId":204076,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121246513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the first part of this paper, a mathematical formalization of the estimation of the coordinates of subscriber terminals, the algorithm for the operation of the tracking filter and the formation of the beam control vector is given. On the basis of the presented mathematical model, with the help of the developed simulation program, in the second part an analytical study of the accuracy characteristics of the operation of the tracking filter at different intensity of maneuvers of the terminal in the horizontal plane is performed.","PeriodicalId":204076,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127546935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been found that the most convenient way to provide this, is the application of the acousto-optic circuits with time integration. The obligatory condition which has to be met in this case is the use of the specific carrier signal for both information signal and mother wavelet, which represents the linear frequency modulated (LFM) signal. It allows to provide the frequency resolving power of the device which is about several or decades Hertz, which is enough for the major bioelectric signals. The mentioned above LFM signal, in its turn, is modulated by the information low-frequency signal, and, in the other channel, by the mother wavelet signal. The mathematical expressions which prove that the output signal of the acousto-optic processor with time integration contains data regarding the information wavelet transform, have been listed. Also, the optical circuit of such processor has been shown and described. The fundamental advantage of the considered method is the possibility to obtain the output processed signal using wavelet processing in the real time mode, i.e., simultaneously with bioelectric signal recording.","PeriodicalId":204076,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114591560","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this work is to determine the effective values of the system parameters. With the help of simulation modeling in MATLAB, the reception noise immunity was determined for various scenarios under conditions of a fixed bit rate. A Bessel filter was used to simulate the effect of electrical circuits on the signal. The chromatic dispersion of the fiber was considered when modeling the optical channel. As a result of the study, a set of parameters was determined that provides the lowest signal-to-noise ratio per bit (SNR) to achieve a bit error rate (BER) of 0.01, in particular, the number of data subcarriers (SC), the length of the cyclic prefix (CP) and the value of the direct current of the laser (DC).","PeriodicalId":204076,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117099370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several micromechanical models have been employed to obtain the effective material properties of the two-phase FGM plate. The FGM plate is subjected to linear and nonlinear thermal loads. The used integral theory includes only four variable functions against five in the case of other HSDTs. The governing equations are derived and resolved via virtual work principle and Navier's model. With the principle of local search, ANC method is capable of detecting minimum distance of LDPC codes within acceptable time. However, the message passing (MP) decoding algorithm and scheduling scheme, as well as the local search strategy, still have much space to improve. To fill the gap, this paper proposes an improved-ANC method which employs novel noise introduction method, decoding algorithm, scheduling scheme and searching strategy, to accelerate the computation of the minimum distance of LDPC codes significantly. Finally, we run simulations on LDPC codes in Wi-Fi5 and 5G-NR standards. The simulation results are presented and demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposal.","PeriodicalId":204076,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"233 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115807647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
