It is substantiated that the provision of a socioeconomic recovery is possible only if both society as a whole and individual non-profit sectors are considered in the context of the development of the digital economy. In order to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the digitization potential of the educational system of Ukraine, the disadvantages and advantages of digitization of educational institutions have been analyzed. It is proved that in the modern space based on network connections, the advantages of education digitization become apparent only if the goals and efforts of leading stakeholders are coordinated. The processes of globalization, which largely determine the life of the modern person and society of the 21 century, have been determined by the factors of this modern educational interaction. The concept of globalization of education is considered through the prism of studies of global educational policy and the definition of strategic directions for reforming the educational system of Ukraine. Digital transformation refers to the process of digitization, which simplifies access to information. The problems of interaction between the managing and controlled subsystems acquire priority importance, since they directly affect all behavioral features of the individual in the digital economic and social order. The conclusion about the cardinal change of management paradigm and depersonalization highly efficient management of various focus groups from the formalized-algorithmizing teams of artificial intelligence. The main research methods were the following: research, analysis and synthesis, comparison and comparison. It describes elements of a conflict of interest between university administration, bureaucratic structures and educators. It also presents the results of a content analysis conducted over a period of 6 months to compare assessments done by Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners of problems related to the values of subjects of the educational process. The authors of the article prove that imbalances in the internalization of absolute values negatively affect all aspects of socio-cultural practices, both at university level and in the production sphere. Lomachenko","doi":"10.2991/iscde-19.2019.96","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/iscde-19.2019.96","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, the optimal format of strategic management of an enterprise was formalized based on a developed methodological approach to the formation of an optimal multicomponent strategy (which is a set of individual strategies) under conditions of a polycyclic environment considering global digital trends. Namely, a model of the business process of strategic management of a company was built and simulations of this process were carried out in the Adonis: CE software environment. The first simulation used traditional working environment, in the second simulation only digital workplaces were included.
