Combining the research methods of behavioral science to human behavior perception and quantitative research methods in operational research, disturbance measurement based on prospect theory is provided, and disruption recovery model is built. One improved artificial fish-swarm algorithm based on adaptive view is designed to solve this problem. Compared with adaptive genetic algorithm, the convergence speed and convergence accuracy of the artificial fish-swarm algorithm are more capable. The unknown Bouc-Wen hysteresis problem is solved by introducing the Nussbaum function and the auxiliary virtual control function. A adaptive control scheme is proposed by applying the backstepping technique. This scheme guarantees that all signals of the closed-loop system are bounded, and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. Least squares approximation between the theoretical frFt power spectrum and the frFt power spectrum of the given sample data is applied to get the fine estimation. Because of the relatively high speed of LEO, large signal attenuation and various hostile interference, short-frame burst direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) becomes a common communication mode of LEO satellites. In order to meet the LEO communication ASIC requirements of low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) threshold, short synchronization time and low logic resource consumption, a computing resource multiplexed carrier synchronization joint coherent demodulation (CMCSJCD) method is proposed in this study. Compared with the conventional FFT open-loop carrier synchronization and coherent demodulation method, it can save 33% of random access memory (RAM) resources and consumes none DSP4SE1 resources. When the SNR is greater than 3dB, the bit error rate (BER) of CMCSJCD is close to the theoretical value and CMCSJCD can work under low SNR circumstances. However, the existing comprehensive method of power quality, which focuses on AC power system, is not applicable to DC power distribution system well. In order to study DC power distribution system better and improve the power quality problems effectively, a new power quality comprehensive evaluation method for LVDC power distribution system should be put forward. This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation indicator system for LVDC power distribution system, adopts the comprehensive weighting method combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight coefficient method, and applies grey relational analysis (GRA) in the comprehensive evaluation of power quality.
