The transit network or the network of base stations is the basis of MCS. Checking a designed radio relay links is the basis for MCS planning. This verification is performed by checking line of sight between selected locations. But there can be other circumstances influenced deployment of transit nodes in battle area. Quality of road is one of criteria. Today, we can use the concept of risk mapping in choosing a sites or location of transit nodes or base stations. This concept can be successfully used in combination with geographical information system. There are devised a special GIS layers that express risk assessment for individual points of battle area. Location for transit nodes can be chosen according to quality of direct line of sight and level of risk. The article deals with the methodology of risk mapping for MCS planning.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128340473","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the traditional approach of this method, a target user's preference for an item is predicted by the integrated preference of the user's neighbors for the item, ignoring the structure of these neighbors. That is, these neighbors form two distinct groups: some neighbors may like the target item or give high rating, on the other hand, some neighbors may dislike the target item or give low rating. The structure of the two groups may influence user's choice. As an extension of user-based collaborative filtering, this paper focuses on the analysis of such structure by mining latent attributes of users' neighborhood, and corresponding correlations with users' preference by several popular data mining techniques. Mining latent attributes and experiment evaluation was conducted on Movie Lens data set. The experimental results reveal that the proposed method can improve the performance of pure user-based collaborative filtering algorithm.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128312464","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To confirm the predictive efficiency of the derived flash points values, the model was verified by comparing the predicted values with the experimental data for the selected mixtures. The flash points values determined were similar to those of predicted ones. However, the measured and predicted flash points were much different from those in MSDS. Therefore, manufacturers based on the results presented should be more careful when they use the MSDS values. Potential applications for the model concern the assessment of fire and explosion hazards, and the development of inherently safer designs for chemical processes containing binary mixtures of alcohols system.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131268405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The input to the whole system is only Dirichlet boundary input to the transport diffusion process, and the outputs are the Dirichlet data at the boundary of process domain and the output from the ODE plant. In this paper, we use the latest method and show that the one-dimensional transport-diffusion process with such input and output can be formulated as a system with Aγ-bounded output operator and direct feed through term. It is shown that, under the assumption that the ODE plant is controllable and observable, the finite-dimensional model of the whole system becomes controllable and observable, when the filter mentioned above is a Residual Mode Filter (RMF). This fact enables us to construct a finite-dimensional stabilizing controller by using an RMF approach.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114342547","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper establishes a multi-agent-based evolution model of innovation networks under dynamic settings through computational and logical modeling, and a multi-agent system paradigm. This evolution model is composed of several sub-models of agents' knowledge production by independent innovations in dynamic situations, knowledge learning by cooperative innovations covering agents' heterogeneities, decision-making for innovation selections, and knowledge update considering decay factors. On the basis of above-mentioned sub-models, an evolution rule for multi-agent based innovation network system is given. The proposed evolution model can be utilized to simulate and analyze different scenarios of innovation networks in various dynamic environments and support decision-making for innovation network optimization.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116540260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Depending on the nature of the system under consideration and the relevant operator, either a finite number of terms can exist while the others become infinite or the series can convergence only at the beginning of the evolution even if the coefficients of the series all exist. This however happens when the initial wave packet has some features leading us to nonintegrabilities in certain expectation values. The reason why this happens underlies beneath the fact that the certain images of the initial wave packet under certain natural number powers of the Hamiltonian become nonintegrable. This negativity can be bypassed by using certain weight functions in the expectation value definition and corresponds to working on an extended space constructed from the Hilbert space in which the initial and any time wave function lay. We have used a two parameter weight function in our most recent publication. Here, in this work, we extend the weight function to multiparameter structures where the number of parameters is more than two and may climb even up to infinity.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121300702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Trace gas measurements were calculated in the frequency domain and consequently recalculated to the time domain for the Allan variance expression. Detection of stable molecule unstable specie radical CN and OCS molecule has been compared. The Allan variance is mathematically defined, and then its behavior is extensively tested on experimental data. These are used to obtain modified and overlapping Allan variances in a dependency on the averaging time. Simultaneously, the integral formula for the direct conversion from the frequency to the time domain is used to get results for comparison. The stability analyses were determined by 2000 s measurements. Results show the possibilities of the presented procedure that is going to be used for the evaluation of direct time domain laser frequency stability measurements. Results are focused on the area of influence of the reactivity on the optimal averaging time for the minimum detectable concentration is demonstrated where a question of the frequency stability is very important.","PeriodicalId":202841,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Mathematics and Computers in Sciences and in Industry","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-09-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125505548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Fast Fourier Transform analysis (FFT) is driven in different situations to demonstrate power spectrum of particle flux. The results show that there is a critical voltage for the ideal circumstance.
