Solar cycle data (21,22,23) is used in the analysis and possible correlation between H alpha flare index and delay is worked out .It is found that these two parameters are anti correlated with a correlation factor of 0.8 9427 . The 27day solar activity shows heighest correlation factor.\u0000A new parameter called delay index number (DI) is defined.This paramter shows two sharp peaks wrt delay event number ,during the span of solar cycle 21,22,23. The peaks fall in soalr quite period 1986 and 1996. (CQL) is a fleshy plant found in major parts of the world, especially in Asia, Africa, and a few other warm tropical regions. It is one of the common food items in India. Apart from other pharmacological activities of CQL has been used by common folk in India for promoting the fracture healing process. It was prescribed in the ancient Ayurvedic texts as a general tonic and analgesic, with specific bone fracture healing properties. Hence, herein we aimed to document on traditional medicinal uses of CQL and its role and mechanism of action with special reference to one healing process. In conclusion, CQL is a climbing herb commonly known as Hadjod and Asthisamadhani in India and traditionally used in the management of many illnesses. The major pharmacological activities of the plant include bone healing, antimicrobial, anti-diabetic, antiinflammatory, anti-obesity, anti-oxidant, cardiovascular and hepatoprotective. Besides dearness allowances and housing allowance keeps getting enhanced periodically to help them beat high prices of essential commodities and manage the cost of living. Many organizations also give bonus and many other fringe benefits (transportation housing water and electricity at subsidized rates and also bonus in order to keep their employees happy to let them maintain a decent standard of living. But some of the employees feel that additional expenses such as higher education for their children marriage, and other family\u0000expenses mount up unexpectedly and so hence they had to earn extra income to make both ends meet. Thus they engage in side jobs, part time jobs other small businesses or start any small shops etc: simultaneously besides their original jobs which is known as “moonlighting or double jobbing”. In view of the current problem of moonlighting by company employees which has posed a big problem in their productivity in the organization. This issue has been taken seriously by all managements. The place of study is Bangalore urban and rural areas in its surroundings. The research\u0000problem has shown that post pandemic in the later part of 2021 rising prices of common goods has irked many people no end. This has made many employees take up side jobs to supplement their income. Mainly this pinch was felt by lower income groups who struggled to make both ends meet and educate their children. But the point is was this risk worth taking? With much management trying to lay off employees on some pretext or the other this part time jobbing was totally under a cloud as there was a shortage of employees to work overtime thereby lynching the main goals of the\u0000organization. Moonlighting thus resulted in not making the employees be available for extra work or too tired to work for the parent company. Sample size was 200 and taken from group D employees. Research methodology followed was to use both primary as well as secondary data working in government offices who did part time jobs working as domestic maids job typing in the evenings selling stamp papers outside municipal offices, and running small eatries selling snacks etc. Primary data was collected by mean of questionnaire and interview method. Sampling design was simple random and descriptive analysis was followed. Data was analyzed using simple percentage method.\u0000The findings showed that moonlighting was a common phenomena and all managements never tolerated it. Employees found moonlighting were either fired or suspended. The voice assistant will collect audio from the microphone, convert it to text, and send it over GTTS (Google text to speech). The English-language audio file created by the GTTS engine will be played using the play sound module of the Python programming language. The growth forms of plants belonging to the Mimosa genus range from herbs to trees. Several species of this genus play important roles in folk medicine. Mimosa pudica is a perennial herb and belongs to the family Fabaceae. Ecological studies have shown that M. pudica grows in all types of soil which can survive in soil with low nutrient concentration. It usually requires disturbed soil to establish itself. It is commonly seen in the wastelands and along roadsides, which is an ethnomedical plant that may be used in managing various types of disease. Epidemiological studies have revealed that M. pudica contains metabolites such as phenols and flavonoid compounds which possess pharmacological properties such as antidiabetic, antimicrobial, antiulcer, antidepressants and anti-inflammatory. Fisheries is an employment and income generating industry for millions all over the world. In present times of population explosion leading to food insecurity and malnutrition; especially, protein deficiency, fish as a source of animal protein has great significance. Keeping this in view, the present study was undertaken to evaluate the proximate protein content in various tissues of freshwater fish viz., Clarius, Channa, Pangasius and Oreochromis available in the local fish markets of Ahmednagar city of Maharashtra, India. The protein content\u0000estimated from tissues such as skeletal muscle, liver tissue, gill tissue and brain tissue provide nutritional information and points towards the protein rich tissues present in the fish under study. Maximum value of protein content i.e., 275.86 (µg/ml) was observed in the skeletal muscle of the fish Pangasius; which point towards the nutritional value of the freshwater fish from the study area.
