Social networking platforms enable students to effortlessly complete a variety of tasks, such as learning and performance. By intervening in research, social networking sites break down the barriers that limit both students and teachers in the research process. Three methodologies or ideas have arisen, known as approaches, that could help you facilitate teaching research, even if you are not in the research discipline: the Facebook-Personality Network Approach, the Virtual Research Journal, and the Google Immersion Approach. It is considered favorably by some students and users, but there are those who take advantage of its negative aspects. Instead of focusing on the emerging ideas or topics created by coding, I used social networking sites to demonstrate that research can be done anytime, anyplace, for any purpose or cause. According to the outcome-based education paradigm, students found the three techniques highly engaging. Practicing reflection can help pre-service teachers starting to embrace the value and passion of teaching which manifests in their professional teaching practice. This study was conducted to determine the reflective practice of pre-service teachers and their teaching practicum experience. Involved in this study were 103 pre-service teachers from the government Teacher Education Institution. The study used self-developed survey questionnaires on pre-service reflective practice and beliefs about their teaching practicum. Results showed that there is a significant relationship between the reflective practice of pre-service teachers and their beliefs about teaching practicum. On the other hand, reflective practice as well as the beliefs of male and female pre-service teachers about their teaching practicum does not have a significant difference. Teacher educators should impart reflective practice as part of their teaching practicum. This research was a quantitative research with ex post facto method. The population of this research amounted to 136 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using a simple random sampling technique with the outcomes of 58 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to collect data on student answers and documentation in order to obtain data on learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used was multiple linear regression test. The outcomes of this research indicated that there was an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes of 62.7%, learning discipline on learning outcomes of 37.3%, and simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes of 65.6%. Social, political and economic development are the first sectors of the country’ structural changes most affected by the latter in several aspects. Despite the resources of Congo have played an important role in globalization around the world; more so in the world outside Congo. Through the death of millions of people, socioeconomic and psychological challenges, the Congolese people have had to pay a very high price simply to sustain globalization. While expected to help address these challenges, education and gender in the Congo have struggled to face the repeated challenges of globalization effects. This study aims to explore how globalization affects the quality of education and gender when a country is constantly under the challenges of war, political and economic crises, and what is being done about it. Qualitative analysis and documentary research method have been used for data collection and desk review. Adjustment programs suggested by external have showed that the globalization has affected women and men development differentially, with a larger costs assumed by women. Yet girls still suffer signiﬁcant deprivations and inequalities, many of which result from the persistent gender discrimination faced by girls and women everywhere. The subjects of this study were 10 children. The research method used is based upon the model of action research which consists of four phases, including planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles where each cycle consists of eight meetings. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. Analysis of qualitative data by data reduction, data display and data verification. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive statistics that compare the results obtained from pre-action, the first cycle and the second cycle. The results of this study showed an increased fine motor skills through activities batik, can be proved by the average level of performance development (TCP) fine motor skills of children in pre-action amounted to 21 increased in the first cycle and the second cycle to 34 to 44.
