The nutritional status of toddlers is an important thing that every parent should know. The need for more attention in growth and development at the age of five is based on the fact that malnutrition that occurs during this golden period is irreversible (cannot be recovered). Malnutrition can affect the development of a child's brain and gross motor skills. The research objective was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and gross motoric development in children under five years of age . This type of research was Analytical Survey with Cross Sectional design conducted at the Bajoe Health Center for 61 respondents taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling, the data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of the chi square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development of children under five years of age. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The results showed that based on the Altman model (Z-Score) in 2018 there were 3 companies in the safe zone, 6 companies in the grey zone, and 13 companies in the distress zone. While in 2019 there were 4 companies in the safe zone, 4 companies in the grey zone, and 14 companies in the distress zone. And in 2020 there are 2 companies in the safe zone, 6 companies in the grey zone, and 14 companies in the distress zone. While the results of the study based on the Zmijewski model (X-Score) show that in 2018 there were 21 companies in the safe zone and 1 company in the distress zone. In side that system the learning is oriented on the teacher. Based on these problems, students need to be encouraged by learning methods interesting in writing poetry. One of the best ways is to use Glasser's learning model, namely learning which done by utilizing environmental object as a learning medium. Glasser's model is \"Learning\" which This is done by directly seeing or using the object according to the material lessons and learning objectives”. Especially with the current uncertain condition of Covid-19 when it ends, then the learning model is efficiently carried out online with an application Zoom if plague the not yet ends later. Newborn asphyxia management is a midwifery service that must be performed by a competent midwife who requires mastery of knowledge, attitudes and skills in critical situations. This research is an observational survey that aims to analyze the relationship of midwives competence (knowledge and attitude) to management of newborn asphyxia management. Population in this research is all village midwife who is in working area of ​​Deli Serdang Health Office which amounts to 68 people. And the entire population is sampled in this study (Total Sampling). Data collection through interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data analysis was done by Chi-Square Test at 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between midwives knowledge (Ρ = 0.000) with management of newborn asphyxia management. And there is a relationship of midwife attitude (Ρ = 0.047) with management of newborn asphyxia management. The knowledge variable that has the greatest relation to management of newborn asphyxia management compared with midwife attitude variable with Exp (B) value = 16.2. If the mother's nutritional status is normal before and during pregnancy, it is likely that she will give birth to a healthy, full-term baby with normal birth weight. The quality of the baby being born is highly dependent on the nutritional state of the mother before and during pregnancy. If the nutritional needs of pregnant women are not met, nutritional disorders and pregnancy complications can arise. complications of pregnancy, one of which is the incidence of anemia. The purpose of this counseling is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition in pregnant women. After getting counseling about nutrition for pregnant women at Posyandu Majang Kab.Bone , carried out with the hope of preventing and avoiding problems as a reventive and promotive effort in the form of counseling and socialization regarding nutrition in pregnant women. The counseling method used is the lecture, simulation and question and answer method and will be carried out in October 2020. Evaluation of this activity is carried out by asking questions according to the evaluation guide on nutrition in pregnant women. The results showed that 90% of the participants understood and were able to explain again about the material that had been presented.
