However, there are cases where nourished babies are also found in those families despite having financial problems. This type of case is called a positive deviance found among people who are living in poverty. The research aims to explore conditions of indigent families in Oeltua Village with nourished babies. The research was qualitative using a study case approach with the subjects were poor families without stunted children in Oeltua village. The subject were selected based on the purposive sampling technique by applying the case criteria. Instruments used in this research were questionnaires, voice recorders and documentations. Data analysis was conducted by qualitative analysis based on the obtained data from in-depth interviews on the informants. The result showed that the feeding pattern, personal hygiene and given health services for the babies were shown sufficiently good. Families managed to provide good nutritions by buying foods within the household budget and harvesting vegetables from the home garden. In addition, the families maintained good personal hygiene and accessed health services to improve babies nutritional status. The support from health workers were essential in monitoring babies` nutritional status, advising mothers on nutrition and handling malnutrition. The disease COVID-19 can be prevented by implementing health protocols recommended by the government in a disciplined manner such as wearing masks, washing hands and maintaining distance. Fish traders are one of the groups that are at risk of transmitting and spreading COVID-19 because they meet face to face with many people and the implementation of health protocols is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge and attitudes of fish traders regarding efforts to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 in the Kasih Market, Kupang City. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The study population was 35 fish traders and all of them were used as research subjects (total sampling). The data analysis used was univariate. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge about the prevention of COVID-19 (77.1%) and were positive about the dangers and ways of preventing COVID-19 (88.6%). Continuous education and disciplined enforcement of health protocols are needed to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 in the community. This work has been carried out by the people of Papela Village for generations. However, health problems caused by fishermen's work and work environment have not received serious attention. This study aims to obtain an overview of the occupational health status of catch fishermen in Papela Village, Rote Timur District, Rote Ndao Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. A total of 71 people randomly selected were assigned as research respondents. Fishermen's health status is determined based on three parameters, namely anemia status, muscle complaints, and skin diseases. The results showed the occupational health status of catch fishermen in Papela Village as much as 60.6% had a low occupational health status and 39.4% of the people had a high occupational health status. The low health status of fishermen was caused by anemia with a proportion of 26.8%, musculoskeletal complaints with a proportion of 19.7%, and skin disease with a proportion of 38%. The ability to access clean water determines the amount of household clean water stored, domestic activities and clean, healthy behavior. Women are mostly responsible for water availability in East Nusa Tenggara (73,4%) and based on a gender perspective, this is gender inequality. The study aims to determine the influence of gender inequality on women on water availability in a household setting. This research was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted in East Maradesa Village, Central Sumba Regency in 2020 on 124 families with a sample of 95 women. The data analysis used multiple regression with α=0,05 (5%). The result indicated that gender inequality simultaneously had a significant effect on water availability with a meaning level of 9% (p=0.009; F=4.087; adjusted R2=0.09). The density of flies can increase if the environment of markets does not meet the sanitation requirements. Oeba traditional market is one of the markets in Kupang City that has the highest density of flies with an average of 21 blocks/30 seconds of block grill. The purpose of this research is to describe the environmental sanitation of Oeba Market, Kota Lama Sub-district, Kupang City in 2020. The research was descriptive. The population in this study were all selling sections located in the market from which the sample of fish, meat and vegetable sections were selected using purposive sampling method. The density of flies was measured using a fly grill tool. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the availability of environmental sanitation at the fish selling section was categorized as quite good with an average fly density level of 2 heads/block grill, the meat section was categorized as poor with the density level of 10 fly/block grill and the vegetable/fruit section was categorized as poor with the density of 2 flies/block grill. This study used descriptive method to see the frequency of disease by place using Geographic Information System (GIS). The population in this study was children under five years diagnosed with stunting. All population was sampled (total sampling) with a total of 119 cases. The results showed that stunting spread throughout the work area of Bati Primary Health Care (PHC) with the availability of 67 water sources. Most widely used sources were wells (46 in total) and located in areas with an altitude of >1000 meters above sea level. Intensive government stunting efforts are necessary as stunting is a nutritional health issue prioritized in the National Medium-Term Development Plan period 2019-2024. This research aimed to describe the attitudes and actions of preventing and overcoming pathological vaginal discharge on female students in the Faculty of Public Health, Nusa Cendana University, Kupang. This was qualitative research, with six female students as informants obtained by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the informants' attitude included feelings of fear and not fear of vaginal discharge experienced, and positive responses to the importance of actions of preventing and overcoming vaginal discharge. Pathological vaginal discharge precaution was generally undertaken by maintaining the hygiene of reproductive organs, while the act of overcoming pathological vaginal discharge was by using traditional methods and seeking treatment at health facilities. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0 - 6 months at the Rada Mata Public Health Center, Southwest Sumba Regency, which was conducted from August to October 2020. This type of research was an analytical observational with cross-sectional study. Sampling in this study were 75 respondents who had children aged 6-12 months. Data processing was carried out descriptively and analytically. The results showed a significant relationship between education, knowledge, employment, support from health workers, family support for exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months at the Rada Mata Puskesmas, Southwest Sumba Regency. Mothers who have a good education have the opportunity to provide exclusive breastfeeding for their babies, as well as work, support from health workers and family support for mothers under five. Eye fatigue that occurs in tailors can interfere with vision and increase the risk of errors or accidents while working so that it can reduce work productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between age, length of work and lighting levels with eye fatigue of tailors in Kuanino Village, Kupang City. The reason for choosing this location is because the location of this research is a place where there are many sewing business activities. This type of research is analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted from March 2020 when the initial data was collected until October 2020 when the research activities were carried out. The population in this study were all tailor workers in Kuanino Village with a total of 54 people consisting of men and women. The sample in this study used a total sampling so that all the tailors in the Kuanino area, totaling 54 people, were sampled. The results showed relationship between age (0.011), length of work (0.004) and lighting (0.004) with eye fatigue (astenopia) in tailors in Kuanino Village, Kupang City. Purpose of the research was evaluated malaria surveillance activities in support of malaria elimination in Kupang District 2020 based on input, process, output assessment. This Research was descriptive research with qualitative approach. Subjects were malaria surveillance officer in Department of Health in Kupang District, and Batakte, Baumata, Tarus Health Center with using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted August-September 2020. Primary data sources were interviews, observations, while secondary data collected through report documentation. Data analysis was descriptively. The results of study showed that input given were inadequate like human resources, the level of education 66,7% not an epidemiolog, and 100% of double officers. Specifically, the district health office malaria surveillance funds do not sufficient, while in health center is funded from BOK. Malaria surveillance facilities are not available. Process is considered quite good: data collection using weekly and monthly report formats, completeness of reports, and accuracy >80%. The data compilation has described characteristics of people, time, place-data analysis and interpretation by making comparisons the number of cases presented in graph. Output is unsuitable: information like the publication of annual surveillance bulletins is not available, dissemination of information by health office only to cross-programs, health center to cross-program, cross-sector. Feedback has been achieved: health office makes quarterly report and visits health center through small workshops.
