Most existing ER frameworks have focused on datasets in Latin-based languages and do not support Arabic language. In this article, the authors present an unsupervised ER framework that supports English and Arabic datasets. Rather than using matching rules developed by an expert or manually labeled training examples, the proposed framework automatically generates its own training set. The generated training set is then used to train a classifier and learn a classification model. Finally, the learned classification model is used to perform ER. The proposed framework was implemented and tested on three Arabic datasets and four English datasets. Experimental results show that the proposed framework is competitive with supervised approaches and outperform recently proposed unsupervised approaches in terms of F-measure.","PeriodicalId":201145,"journal":{"name":"Int. Nowadays, plagiarism is a challenging task in educational and research fields. Currently, there are some tools available to detect the plagiarism on the basis of similarity of words. But there is no tool available to detect the plagiarism semantically. In this article, the authors have applied preprocessing to a database i.e. tokenization, removed stop words and punctuations, for the goal of calculating the frequency of words. Then searching the same word or synonyms of words in wordnet to detect the semantic plagiarism. It is useful for many researchers who are working in this domain.","PeriodicalId":201145,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Strateg. Inf. Technol. The first objective includes mining the query results by the node in a cluster, communicating it to the cluster head, aggregating the data collected from all the cluster nodes and then communicating it to the group controller. The second objective is to incorporate privacy at each level of the clusters node: cluster head and the group controller level. The final objective is to provide a dynamic network feature, where the nodes can join or leave the distributed network without disturbing the network functionality. The proposed algorithm was implemented and validated in Java for its performance in terms of communication costs computational complexity.","PeriodicalId":201145,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Strateg. It considers structured and unstructured data simultaneously. Furthermore, it orders the semantics of documents via a specific semantic dimension linked to conventional dimensions, thus breaking the classical orthogonality rule of dimensions. After giving an overview of their three-phase quasi-automatic approach for the generation of the diamond model, the authors focus on the Diamond-Gen software tool that supports the proposed approach. The authors illustrate the Diamond-Gen functionalities and assess it through an experimental study using a set of 1500 XML documents issued from the PubMed collection.","PeriodicalId":201145,"journal":{"name":"Int.
