These changes in public consciousness have caused the emergence of a new paradigm of education based on approaches and concepts developed by modern practice. This includes the idea of \"inclusive education.\" Inclusive education in Kazakhstan is in the formation process, therefore, establishing a system of inclusive education requires a solution at the state level. Coupled with the global pandemic which has affected every person especially the most vulnerable kids, the State Program for the Development of Education and Science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025 raises an urgent problem of developing inclusive education. This study conducted a survey using an online poll with participants who are parents of kids with special needs. We asked what kind of challenges they met during Covid 19 pandemic time. Respondents ranked the following topics as the most complicated: lack of funding and resources reduced effectiveness of the educational staff training system, unregulated management and legislative framework, weak coordination of external services, and insufficient participation of the public and private sectors. This study aims to examine the relationship between academic procrastination behaviors and problematic Internet usage of high school students during the Covid-19 Pandemic period. This study is in the form of a descriptive survey, and the survey method was used in the study. The population of the study in the 2020-2021 academic year consisted of 350 students who studied in vocational schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education and Culture in Northern Cyprus. The sample of the research consisted of 350 students selected by convenience sampling method. In this study, academic procrastination and problematic internet usage scales were used as data collection tools. As a result, in the Pandemic Period, the relationship between male students' problematic internet usage and academic procrastination behaviors is significantly higher than that of female students. The research hypothesized four factored giftedness structures and then following technical operations and statistical computations were performed. Item poll was created after an extended literature review and analysis of existing evaluation scales. Items were revised, modified, improved and probable problematic ones were discarded throughout pilot study, and final template of the scale was obtained.  Data was collected from 258 preschool/kindergarten children in Antalya province. In this study, the survey study was conducted on the studies on development, education, care, teaching methods of children with autism and the studies related to the family. 93 articles were reviewed and 20 of them could not be reached. As a result of the research conducted using the document analysis technique, the articles reached are categorized according to their subjects. Studies; children's skills training (9 studies), family and family views (15 studies), studies on the comparison of children with autism with children with normal needs (3 studies), studies on fusion in autistic children (3 studies), studies related to autism description (14 studies) and studies on the effectiveness of programs and methods related to autism (29 studies) were examined in six categories. Information on the studies of the articles in each category is given. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was concluded that the most studied areas were studies on the effectiveness of the programs and methods related to Autism, and that the studies on comparing autistic children with children with normal needs were not sufficient and a model proposal for students with autism was presented..         \u0000  \u0000Keywords: Skill training, State description, Inclusion, Autism","PeriodicalId":201076,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Special Education and Information Technologies","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126486203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research investigates the center’s structure, staffing and support services, especially for students with ADD/ADHD. Using a qualitative research methodology, the research questions focused on the services provided at these centers to support students (grades 1-6) and the manner in which the teachers and professional staff support the additional needs of the chosen participants. Data collection tools included the following: semi-structured interviews, participatory and non-participatory observations, and document analysis. The study concluded that the professional development and the centers’ structure as well as the systematic strategic implementation of the needed services in both centers were important factors of centers’ success. Results emphasized that achieving the students’ holistic wellbeing and the ‘hot zone’ is crucial for 21st century skills. Within this scope, 19 out of 51 articles that are published in journals indexed in Social Science Citation Index and/or Education Resources Information Center were selected in compliance with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The content analysis was performed on the basis of the year published, countries where the research conducted, number of citations, age or level of the sample, sample size, research method, type of disadvantaged group and the mobile technologies used. Findings show that a great majority of the studies focused on disabilities, such as autism spectrum disorder, Down’s syndrome and intellectual disability. Most of the studies were conducted in the USA and focused on skill acquisiton/improvement. Further research on mobile technologies in special education is needed addressing K-12 or higher levels, for visual and hearing impaired individuals.
