To protect the purity of election results, which is very important for democracies, lawmakers have made a number of fraudulent acts in elections a criminal offense. Based on this background, the author wants to conduct a study with the title, Juridical Review of Electoral Crimes in Terms of Politics of Voter Voter Money of governors (Case Study of Serang District Court Decision No. 157/Pid.Sus.Pemilu/2017/PN Srg). The methods in this study are normative legal research with a statutory approach, a case approach, a historical approach, a comparative approach, and a conceptual approach. In the end, the researchers concluded that, the regulation of election crimes in cases with Decision Number 157/Pid.Sus.Pemilu/2017/PN Srg is in accordance with laws and regulations. Examples include the lack of initial information reference, lack of quality of supervisory resources, limited time in the process of handling violations, geographical conditions or locations of supervision, the socio-cultural situation of conflict-prone communities and the absence of special regulations governing investigations. This method of writing uses a literary approach and empirical studies. This study outlines the investigation process which is the activity of the Election Supervisor in conducting a search of preliminary information to find events of alleged election violations. Invetigation techniques for handling election violations that can be overcome by the Supervisor of Elections include: (1) study of basic documents, (2) making direct observations or observations, and (3) interviews or clarifications. The diversity of culture, character and history in each region makes it a challenge to find the right formula regarding the right regional head election mechanism to be applied. This paper aims to analyze the implementation of the development of the implementation of the election that has been going on until now and the ideal electoral system according to UUD 1945. The method used in this research uses juridical-normative law research. This study concludes that the implementation of asymmetric elections in Indonesia is the ideal electoral system according to UUD 1945. This asymmetric election provides an election mechanism that is in accordance with the needs of each region, does not impose one system for all regions. This paper aims to provide ideas related to Bawaslu's position in handling disputes over election results using normative legal research methods. From the electoral effectiveness, the existence of the Constitutional Court as an institution that judges disputes over election results is appropriate. Apart from being the Guardian of the Constitution, it is also in the context of checks and balances. Every Indonesian citizen who has reached the age of 17 (seventeen) years or more, is married, or has ever been married and meets the requirements to vote is given the right to vote and every voter must be registered in the voter list. This study aims to determine the synergy of the roles of election organizers, government and society in realizing the protection of citizens' right to vote in elections. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies.
