Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantiatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 119 orang dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Adapun analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan tahapan uji outer model, uji inner model dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive; 2) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hedonic shopping motivation; 3) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap utilitarian value; 4) Hedonic shopping motivation tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsive; dan 5) Utilitarian value memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive. Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah bagaimana pengaruh abusive supervision dan psychological distress terhadap intention to quit dengan coworker support dan organizational support sebagai pemoderasi pada karyawan milenial di perusahaan startup Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 196 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM-PLS yang dilakukan melalui uji model pengukuran, uji model struktural dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa abusive supervision dan psychological distress berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to quit. Dalam penelitian ini coworker support memberikan efek moderasi yang memperkuat abusive supervision terhadap intention to quit, dan memperlemah psychological distress terhadap intention to quit. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Batik Corak Asli Banten dalam mengembangkan usahanya? dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran UMKM Batik Corak Asli Banten dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Diharapkan penelitian ini memiliki manfaat secara toeritis dan praktis yang akan membantu dalam menerapakan strategi pemasaran dalam mengembangkan usaha. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskripsif, yang mana teknik penentuan tempat menggunakan metode purposive area, dalam hal ini penelitian yang menggunakan purposive sampling dalam Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu usaha yang berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional. Pada saat ini UMKM gencar dijalankan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Salah satu daerah yang menjalankan usaha tersebut adalah kota Cilegon Banten, di sana banyak terdapat UMKM yang didirikan dan melakukan penggalian data. Setelah data peroleh peneliti menganalisis data dengan melakukan Data Reduction, Data Display, Penarikan Kesimpulan. PLAZA TOYOTA, Tendean, Pemuda, Kyai Tapa, Green Garden and Gading Serpong Branch). This research data collection use the quesioner spreed to responden. Population in this research is TOYOTA customer in PT. PLAZA TOYOTA area Jakarta).Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 265 respondents. Instrument calibration is performed to test grain validity and reliability coefficient. The model used in this research is the model of causality or influence relationship. The hypothesis used in this research is to use the technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study conclude that sales competence variables have an influence on purchasing decisions of 4.92, while the value of advertising affects the purchase decision of 9.44. It can be concluded that the value of advertising is more influential on sales competence. Then, the value of sales competence to loyal customers of 0.03 and the value of advertising to loyal customers of 0.62. It can be concluded that the two variables have no significant effect on loyal customers toyota. While purchasing decisions have an effect on loyal customers of 2.60. When viewed in its entirety, which has the most influence on loyal customers is the purchase decision. Diperlukan kualitas produk dan customer relationship management dalam rangka meningkatkan keputusan konsumen menggunakan produk perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan customer relationship management secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan merchant anchor Bank XYZ dalam menggunakan mesin EDC. Objek penelitian adalah merchant anchor Bank XYZ. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 100 merchant dimana sampel diambil sebanyak 78 responden. Tahapan analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang diolah melalui program SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dibuktikan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap keputusan merchant anchor menggunakan mesin EDC dari Bank XYZ. Secara parsial customer relationship management berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap keputusan merchant anchor menggunakan mesin EDC dari Bank XYZ. Hasil uji hipotesis 1 menunjukan tidakterdapat hubungan antara inovasi layanan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pemasaran.Hipotesis 2 menunjukan bahwa adanya dampak yang signifikan antara inovasi layanansecara tidak keseluruhan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. This study aims to examine the effectof transformational leadership style and organizational culture in improving employeeperformance through organizational commitment as intervening. The study wasconducted on 100 employees (land / ship) at PT Aman Lintas Samudra. Data analysisused the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS version 2.3.m3 application. Thehypothesis test results prove that transformational leadership style and organizationalculture have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and employeeperformance. Organizational culture has the most dominant influence both onorganizational commitment and employee performance.
