This paper add financial performance (measured with profitability ratio) as a mediator on the relationship between intellectual capital performance and intellectual capital disclosure. A four way numerical coding system was used to conduct content analysis. Sample was drawn from Indonesian Islamic banking for five years observation, 2011-2015. The results from WarpPLS 3.0 showed that intellectual capital performance (measured with modified value added intellectual coefficient/MVAIC) has a significant effect to the level of intellectual capital disclosure. Profit ratio is the ability or outcome performed or achieved by the company in the sale of goods or services produced or performed in a certain period. Considering that profitability is an important factor in the company, this study focused on the company profitability estimation to determine the increases in profit and loss of a company. The estimation in this study used the Kalman Filter method with the application of the principle of continual prediction and correction. The sample of this research consist of 53 students from three different majors in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, namely English Language Teaching, Primary Teaching, and Early-Childhood Teaching Majors. This is a survey study where the researchers distributed questionnaire to the EFL students in the context of University of Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda who have graduated in 2018. In addition, quantitative approach is used in this research by the existence of frequency distribution analysis of each indicator exist on the questionnaire. As a result, most of students are assisted by features provided by Mendeley especially the easeness in terms of quoting and referencing. It is indicated by the result showed from items existed in the questionnaired stated that whether Mendeley eases them to cite and build references for up to 85%. The participant in this study is an English teacher who teaches all grades. Nonparticipant classroom observations, document analysis and interview were carried out as the instruments. The collected data were then analyzed inductively. As a result, there is mismatch between the planned curriculum, using student-centered curriculum, and the delivered curriculum, teacher-centered curriculum. It triggered the go public company to continue to improve its performance to attract investors, especially PMA. The increase in production in this research was measured through the company’s capital structure pattern. The variables that were wanted to know the effect on the company's capital structure in the mining sector in ROA, IOS, tangibility assets, taxes, and sales growth. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using panel data with a fixed effect model was as the best model in this research. The test results through the t test showed that ROA, taxes and sales growth had a non-significant effect on the capital structure, while the IOS variables and charges had a significant influence on the development of capital structures. It makes many practitioners, teachers and lecturers look for suitable method and technique in their teaching in order to pursue the government objectives. Not so many education regulations can be related with English teaching and learning even though government always forces many bureaucracies for using English as their popular skill to be shown and many prerequisites applied for testing their new employments. Based on Regulation of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Minister of Indonesia number 55 of 2017 (3) about Standard of National Education, the teaching and learning process must be interactive, communicative and attractive in order to reshape students’ skill for their future career. Soft skill becomes very important to prepare the students, Community and classroom interaction becomes one of the proofs that techniques can be the way to get government objectives in English Study. This study examines the attitudes of domestic tourists towards Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) sources, especially Instagram accounts advertising tourism services. Data collection was performed using an online survey on 116 respondents. The results revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between domestic tourists’ trust and EWOM. Entrepreneurship in education is instilled through the curriculum and the spirit of student entrepreneurship. The purpose of this article is to reveal the relevance of education in entrepreneurship and successful entrepreneurship for the younger generation in Central Java. The method used is descriptive qualitative study with the interpretation of data using charts or graphs that reveal the interrelationships between variables. The subject of this research is the young generation of secondary schools. Qualitative data analysis is presented to show results. The result of this study is that entrepreneurship education has a relationship with the success of entrepreneurship for the younger generation in the Central Java region. This youth is evidenced by the indepth identification of the success of young entrepreneurs in school. The implication of this article for the field of entrepreneurship is the internalization of entrepreneurial knowledge for the younger generation can be done early through learning in schools so that this method can open new discourses for other studies that will reveal curriculum objectives specifically about long-term economic benefits.
