ESRD patients undergoing \u0000hemodialysis therapy, require support from the family. The purpose of this study was to \u0000determine the relationship of family support and economic status with depressed ESRD \u0000patients who underwent hemodialysis therapy <1 year. The design of this research is \u0000descriptive correlation with cross sectional research method, by using simple random \u0000sampling technique with the number of samples of 47 ESRD patients who are undergoing \u0000hemodialysis at Gatoel Hospital Mojokerto. The Research done in April 2017. The results \u0000obtained most of the respondents have economic ability Above the Provincial Minimum \u0000Wage of 27 respondents (57.4%). Most of the respondents stated that they received good \u0000family support in 30 categories (63,8%) and most of respondents had light depression 24 \u0000respondents (51,1%). Based on statistical test of spearman's rho with significance level α \u00000,05 obtained result (r) = 0,462 meaning bigger than value signifikansi (0,462> 0,05) hence \u0000H1 rejected which mean there is no significant relation between economic status with \u0000depression level In ESRD patients and Spearman's rho statistical test results obtained \u0000significance value 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between \u0000family support with depression levels in ESRD patients. The economic level does not affect \u0000depression because the cost of hemodialysis therapy all respondents is covered by health \u0000insurance, whereas family support has a positive influence where the better the family \u0000support the lighter the depression level in ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy.
Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia

By paying redemption money, taxpayer is able to reveal its hidden asset without getting typical administrative sanction of taxation. It turned out that many company hiding its asset participated in this program. That condition raises question regarding audit quality of financial statement of those companies. Audit quality is proxied by accounting firm’s reputation, industry specialization, and tenure. The research shows that accounting firm’s reputation had significant negative impact on participation in tax amnesty program in 2016, 2017, or both, and the amount of restatement regarding tax amnesty program. BIG - 4 accounting firms are associated with better audit quality, consequently, the company which audited by BIG-4 are less likely to participate in tax amnesty. In addition, leverage as control variable had significant negative impact on participation in tax amnesty program.
Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia

Population size and growth in a country directly influence the situation of the economy, policy, culture, education and costs of natural resources. This study aims to determine the projected population growth in the East Java local city in Indonesia, named Ponorogo, using logistic growth model based on the growth rate and carrying capacity. The research method used in the first stage is to determine the research subject. The second stage is (a) collecting research data (b) data analysis and finally drawing conclusions. This research is a new way of determining population projections based on growth rate and carrying capacity so that population projection data can be obtained in 2030. The results of the study show that IV logistics model is more appropriate for predicting the population in Ponorogo Regency for 2030, which is 889.956 people with a capacity of 912.355,44 people. The results of this study can be useful as policy makers for the Central Statistics Agency, Civil Registry Service in projecting the number of residents in the future as well.
Proceedings of the Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Business, Law And Pedagogy, ICBLP 2019, 13-15 February 2019, Sidoarjo, Indonesia
