Using LabVIEW as the software platform, an intelligent control system for the vehicle door latch motor is built, the PLC address is rebuilt in OPC. LabVIEW is communicated with the PLC through the OPC software, and the designed controller could receive feedback from the internal sensor of the vehicle door latch. the total time required for each state can be calculated from the lock senor and release sensor signal and the motor torque's change curve can be displayed in real time. Ravi","doi":"10.1145/3438872.3439123","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1145/3438872.3439123","url":null,"abstract":"Compliant mechanisms are flexible single-piece structures that produce the desired movement by going through elastic deformation, which is different from the traditional mechanisms that are joined by rigid bodies. Some of the advantages of compliant mechanisms include reduced friction, wear, noise and the possibility to generate unconventional actuation as well as ease of manufacture and assembly. A critical step in the design of compliant mechanisms is topology optimization for material distribution. It helps designers to extend and fine-tune a design that already has near-optimum material distribution. It involves determining the shape and location of holes of a structure as well and the connectivity of the domain. This study presents a compliant mechanism design for laparoscopic surgery instrument in which a feasible topology (configuration) is evolved to fulfil a prescribed input-output force-displacement relationship. Two different methods are used for this purpose. In the first method, an objective function is formulated to capture the need for compliance by going through the desired deformation (kinematic requirement) and stiffness to resist external loads (structural requirement) once the mechanism adopts the desired configuration. In the second method, the objective function is to minimize the volume fraction given the design constraints as limitation to translation of nodes. The optimization process is implemented in MATLAB and Altair OptiStruct software. The resulting topology is converted into 3-D CAD model followed by Finite Element Analysis to determine the stress and deformations. This paper studies the navigation system of the inspection robot based on lidar, which can realize the map establishment, path planning and navigation positioning of the robot in indoor and outdoor environments. On this basis, simulation experiments of mapping and navigation are carried out. In the simulation experiment, the inspection robot equipped with lidar fusion multi-faceted information can realize the construction of a map in the unknown environment through SLAM technology, and realize the navigation and positioning of the inspection robot on the basis of this map. The experiment proved that combine with Attention Mechanism and Emoticon Distribution is an effective way to improve the accuracy of emotion recognition. Many researchers have mixed two positive electrode materials to prepare electrodes and then improved the rate performance and polarization of the electrodes. The active material of the mixed electrode is mainly made by physical mixing of two or more lithium intercalation compounds. Compared with a single active material, the purpose of a mixed electrode is to balance the performance of two or more active materials. Taking the ternary material as the research object, the modification method is to use the grinding method to mix and stir the lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) and the ternary cathode material LiNi1/3co1/3Mn1/3 (NCM) with an appropriate mass ratio to the electrode plates to assemble a lithium ion battery and then explore their various characteristics.
