Additionally, taking into account the formation mechanism of the formant regions in the voice signal spectrum it is suggested to influence the spectral samples corresponding to multiple harmonics of the fundamental tone. The modified algorithm is investigated on the basis of the single word recognition system adapted for MFCC voice signal parametrisation only. The positive effect of using proposed additional voice signal transformation in the parametrisation algorithm is shown.","PeriodicalId":198958,"journal":{"name":"2018 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114113244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
