Initially, the proposed design is simulated and placed in homogenous phantom. Then, Gustav voxel model is used to verify the design performance. The proposed antenna provides peak maximum gain of -24 dBi and -22 dBi in phantom and Gustav voxel model respectively. Moreover, the simulated Effective Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP) of proposed design is shown to be –25.80 dBm and -32.71 dBm in phantom and Gustav voxel respectively. The operating frequency of this array is from 430 MHz to 440MHz. Each element is a monopole with a circular top-hat and its height is only 34 mm, which is less than 1/20 wavelength. This antenna array is able to cover the four 90° quadrants in the azimuth plane independently through four feeding ports. To enhance the antenna gain in each quadrant, a Butler matrix is introduced in the feeding network so that the four antenna ports are well isolated and the maximum gain is enhanced by about3 dB. In this study, changing the point of view,the SAR by a wireless local area network (LAN) router, which is sometimes installed around our body, was evaluated employing numerical calculations. Especially, SAR variation by beam forming function using an array antenna has been studied. A sequential convex optimization based method is proposed to obtain the op- timal array locations and excitations. It is demonstrated that the 3D radiation pattern can be optimized when the T-slot antenna is adopted. Isotropic unit cells are used for constructing such metasurfaces, which allows full phase control of 0 - 2 $pi$ with high efficiency. Two typical metasurfaces are designed for the generation of converging beams carrying OAM modes l = 1,2.
