Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subject of this research were of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja and object of this research work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The population of research amounted 32 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire for collect data of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The data were analyzed by path analyzed. The result of the research showed that: (1) work motivation and work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (2) work motivation had significant effect of employee performance, (3) work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (4) work motivation had significant effect of work discipline at PT. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Customer satisfaction and loyalty have a significant effect on word of mouth. (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth. The research design of this research used casual quantitative research. The subject of this research is the customers of KFC Singaraja, and the object of this research is the service quality, store atmosphere and customers satisfaction. The sample collection technique uses in this research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research involved 105 respondents. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple liniear regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that (1) service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on costumer satisfaction. (2) service quality has positive and significant effect on costumers satisfaction. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada UD Sinar Abadi objeknya adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan yang semuanya dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, wawancara, dan kuesioner terstruktur serta dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. The research design used is causal quantitative research. The sample determined in this study used the proportionate sampling method. The number of samples used was 104 respondents. The instruments used when collecting data are by means of observation, recording documents, and distributing questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) Competence and work stress have an important influence on the performance of nurses at RSJ Provinsi Bali. The subjects of this research were all contract teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, and the object of research was the low job satisfaction. The population in this study were all informants who would provide information about the low job satisfaction felt by contract teachers, consisting of the contract teachers themselves, the principal and students at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This study uses purposive sampling and uses the Snowball technique which is useful for covering a wider sample as supporting data. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by conducting interviews and document studies. The subjects of this study were 10 people, including the Head of Laboratory and Laboratory Staffs of PT Tirta Investama AQUA Mambal. This study used a qualitative field research method approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of modern management carried out by Sanur Kaja Village as a tourist village is by utilizing information technology in carrying out tourism activities. The use of information technology media such as the internet in an effort to support tourism villages is the use of the internet as a promotional medium. Apart from tourism managers, tourism actors in Sanur Kaja Village have also used the internet as a promotional medium. A marketing strategy using e-commerce helps provide input as material for consideration in developing a digital marketing strategy using both websites and social media as well as the online marketing mix.
