The subjects of this research were all contract teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, and the object of research was the low job satisfaction. The population in this study were all informants who would provide information about the low job satisfaction felt by contract teachers, consisting of the contract teachers themselves, the principal and students at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This study uses purposive sampling and uses the Snowball technique which is useful for covering a wider sample as supporting data. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by conducting interviews and document studies. The subjects of this study were 10 people, including the Head of Laboratory and Laboratory Staffs of PT Tirta Investama AQUA Mambal. This study used a qualitative field research method approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of modern management carried out by Sanur Kaja Village as a tourist village is by utilizing information technology in carrying out tourism activities. The use of information technology media such as the internet in an effort to support tourism villages is the use of the internet as a promotional medium. Apart from tourism managers, tourism actors in Sanur Kaja Village have also used the internet as a promotional medium. A marketing strategy using e-commerce helps provide input as material for consideration in developing a digital marketing strategy using both websites and social media as well as the online marketing mix. This research design of this research used casual quantitative research. The subject of this research is Gojek’s costumer, and object in this research are word of mouth, quality service and usage decision. The sample collection technique uses in this research is non-probabillity sampling and purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. The data collection technique in this research was a questionnaire and analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are: (1) word of mouth and service quality with simultaneously have significant effect on the usage decision Gojek services in Denpasar City. (2) word of mouth has positive and significant effect on the usage decision Gojek services in Denpasar City. The research design of this study was causal quantitative research. The object of this research were the handling customer complaints, customer trust and consumer loyalty. The subject of this research were college student Ganesha University of Education customer Gojek. The total sampel of this study were 95 people. The data collection of this study were questionnaire and multiple linear regresion analysis. The subject of study is businessmen at Banjar Dinas Taksu Desa Batur Selatan Kecamatan Kintamani. The population in this study amounted to 37 respondents. The data collected in this study by using questionnaire, and  document recording,  and then analyzed by multiple liniar regression analysis in SPSS For Windows Versi 16.0. The research design in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were all employees at BPBD Buleleng Regency, and the objects of this study were workload, work environment, and work stress. The population of this research is 78 employees. The entire population was used as a data collection unit in this study, namely (1) interviews, (2) document recording, (3) questionnaires, then analyzed using moderation regression analysis (difference in absolute values). The results obtained in this study indicate that (1) workload has a significant positive effect on work stress. (2) the work environment cannot moderate the relationship between workload and work stress, the work environment variable becomes a moderating predictor variable. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subject of this research is the security officer of Class IIb Singaraja Prison, the object of this research is workload, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The population in this study was 35 respondents. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. Systems thinking is applied to meet the needs of the organization in solving problems, determining solutions and predicting the sustainability of the organization in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of using systems thinking on consulting firm organizations with a descriptive study method using literature studies to collect data. The object of this research is all permanent employees of BAPPEDA Tanimbar Islands Regency as many as 50 people. The data collection method in this study was carried out by means of a questionnaire (questionnaire), data analysis method in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study are. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance but has a significant effect on motivation. Work ethic has a significant effect on performance, but does not significantly influence motivation.
