Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja. The research design used in this study was causal quantitative. The subject of this research were of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja and object of this research work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The population of research amounted 32 employees. The data were collected by questionnaire for collect data of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. The data were analyzed by path analyzed. The result of the research showed that: (1) work motivation and work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (2) work motivation had significant effect of employee performance, (3) work discipline had significant effect of employee performance, (4) work motivation had significant effect of work discipline at PT. Abstract

本研究旨在对(1)工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响、(2)工作动机对员工绩效的影响、(3)工作纪律对员工绩效的影响、(4)工作动机对工作纪律的影响进行解释性研究。本研究采用因果定量的研究设计。本研究的研究对象为PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Singaraja,研究对象为工作动机、工作纪律与员工绩效。研究人员总数为32名员工。采用问卷调查的方式收集工作动机、工作纪律和员工绩效的数据。采用路径分析法对数据进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效有显著影响,(2)工作动机对员工绩效有显著影响,(3)工作纪律对员工绩效有显著影响,(4)工作动机对工作纪律有显著影响
