The model was developed based on a review of literature on inclusive education, teacher professional development, technology integration, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). The proposed model includes three phases: (1) pre-training activities, (2) training activities, and (3) post-training activities. Pre-training activities involve a needs assessment, goal setting, and preparation for the training. The training activities include synchronous and asynchronous online sessions, collaborative activities, and self-paced learning modules. The post-training activities focus on ongoing support, coaching, and evaluation. The proposed model incorporates Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure that the training is accessible and effective for all teachers, regardless of their learning preferences or disabilities. Universal Design for Learning UDL works on three principles. The model incorporates the use of technology to facilitate the training and support phases, including an online learning platform and virtual coaching sessions. The UDL framework is used as a guiding principle throughout the model, ensuring that teachers have the tools and knowledge to design instruction that is accessible to all students, regardless of their learning needs or abilities. The study concludes that the proposed professional development model can effectively build teacher capacity for inclusive education and promote positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.","PeriodicalId":197506,"journal":{"name":"IJRAEL: International Journal of Religion Education and Law","volume":"os-49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127787447","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is then underlined that Islam isn't only a simple conviction framework, yet a legislative, social, lawful, scholarly and creative framework where religion assumes a focal part. These two presents, specifically language and religion, have assumed a significant part in the arrangement of Islamic human progress. The history of science should not be considered as separate from political, social, economic and cultural history. After the initial conquests, Muslims, in accordance with the advice and emphasis of the majority of Islam, began to study science and knowledge and learn from anyone and from anywhere. The Islamic world has influenced medieval Europe in various ways, and this is a fact that many scholars have studied and confirmed, and have presented the results of their studies in this regard in the form of numerous books and articles. The purpose of this study is to first examine the capabilities and central role of the Arabic language, especially its cultural role from the beginning of Islam to the present day, and then the role of this language in science in the middle Ages. The study of scientific interactions between the Islamic world and the West in the early centuries, especially in the field of intellectual sciences and works and their results, constitutes the subject of the present article. The method of this research was documentary analysis and in order to investigate the subject of research, the necessary data were collected and documents related to the subject were analyzed.","PeriodicalId":197506,"journal":{"name":"IJRAEL: International Journal of Religion Education and Law","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114107738","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Issues regarding joint assets often occur between ex-husbands and ex-wives. For Muslims, the provision for sharing joint assets is contained in article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) that \"widows or widowers who are divorced, each is entitled to half of the joint assets as long as the marriage agreement is not specified otherwise\". Referring to this article, it means that a husband and wife who are divorced are entitled to half or half of the joint property as long as there is no marriage agreement. Meanwhile, for adherents of other religions it is regulated in the Criminal Code which is stated in Article 128 of the Civil Code. According to the Civil Code, division can be made based on the distribution of evidence submitted by plaintiffs and defendants. Basically, these two articles stipulate that in the event of a divorce, the property is divided 50:50. The division of joint assets can be filed together with a divorce suit and does not have to wait for a divorce decision from the court. The formulation of the problem in this study is a juridical analysis of the division of joint assets in divorce according to Indonesian positive law. This research uses normative research with descriptive research specifications and uses primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials which are arranged systematically, reviewed, and then concluded.","PeriodicalId":197506,"journal":{"name":"IJRAEL: International Journal of Religion Education and Law","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128348926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, Pancasila is also used as a basis for building the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The values in Pancasila include divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and justice. The current condition of Indonesian education can be seen from the behavior and character of students and educators inside and outside the educational environment. As a state ideology, Pancasila faces various challenges from time to time. To maintain the existence of Pancasila as the state ideology, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the implementation of Pancasila values in everyday life, especially in education, is necessary. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of literature study and inductive data analysis. The data source consists of the results of previous research, but reviewed again in this journal. Globalization cannot be avoided, so Pancasila is needed as a filter to deal with it. Cultivating Pancasila values must not only be understood, but also internalized and realized in the experiences of every individual and the whole society, especially students, most of whom currently hold the key to the successful implementation of the five precepts of Pancasila so that a person who grows with awareness and encourages the implementation of life can be formed. social, just, and state based on Pancasila.","PeriodicalId":197506,"journal":{"name":"IJRAEL: International Journal of Religion Education and Law","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130155551","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has direct implications for Indonesia, which has a strategic position as a trade route. In response to this, Indonesia has taken several political steps at the regional level as well as in multilateral forums. This research is intended to analyze legal steps that can be taken by Indonesia to regulate the navigation and safety of nuclear-powered submarines considering that international maritime law instruments do not accommodate these concerns. Through a normative legal approach, using the theory of Critical Legal Studies and the Concept of Legal Politics, this research finds that Indonesia needs to regulate provisions for the navigation and safety of nuclear-powered submarines at the national level.","PeriodicalId":197506,"journal":{"name":"IJRAEL: International Journal of Religion Education and Law","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129792230","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
