In this paper, we examine how emotion (positive and negative) affects value claiming in a dyadic negotiation. Using a simulated negotiation involving 282 participants, the study indicated that sellers demonstrating negative emotions claimed more values than positive sellers, and opponents' perceived power disadvantage mediated the effect of emotion expression on claiming value. Moreover, buyers in the happy dyads displayed higher evaluation of their relationship, even after controlling the economic outcome. This paper also indicated that, as emotion recipients, buyer's reactions exerted further influence on the outcomes; specifically, when buyers meet happy counterparts, their negative emotion reactions were positively related to their gains, while the relationship was reverse in the unhappy dyads, supporting the mismatching or strategic choice perspective. Finally, buyers with low agreeableness were more likely to display negative emotion reactions, indicating that agreeableness is a liability when confronted tough opponents. These findings qualify previous research on emotion in negotiation and shed some light on the influence of emotion recipients' reactions. The current Flood Control and Drought Relief Organization System in the Huaihe River Basin has too many difficulties to cope with extreme floods. It is proposed that emergency management system of extreme floods in Huaihe River Basin have to integrate bureaucracy with cooperative system, which corresponds with Chinese reality. Therefore, the organization structure of extreme floods emergency management is constructed under “bureaucracy-cooperation” system. This structure reserves the advantages of high efficiency in bureaucracy and flexibility in cooperative system. Task-team and modular management are emphasized in the “bureaucracy-cooperation” system to reach seamless cooperation among multi-agent. Next, we gain further insight into operation of the “bureaucracy-cooperation” organization structure in details by elaborating its formation mechanism and operation mechanism. Finally, stochastic petri net is attempted to evaluate operational efficiency using data of extreme floods emergency management process in the Huaihe river basin in 2007. If commercial street can know consumers how to perceive traditional culture properties, then the corresponding protection and transform can improve the attractiveness of commercial street. The contents are as follows: First, the concept and measurement scale of Commercial Street traditional cultural property are proposed; Second, based on “S-O-R” theory, this paper examines the impacts of traditional culture properties of the commercial street on consumer perceived value and repurchase intention. The results show that: the scale has good reliability and validity; including five dimensions: architectural culture, history culture, food culture, folk culture and business culture; commercial street traditional cultural properties have significant positive impact on perceived value and repurchase intention; customer perceived value has significant positive impact on consumer repurchase intention; customer perceived value is the mediator of the other two variables. Theoretical contribution of this study is based on cluster level and were from the consumer perspective the issue of the attractiveness of shopping streets, this is the fascination of gathering useful complement to theoretical studies. That is why it is difficult to predict what kind of structure it assumes at the end. Therefore, this paper constructs the dynamic coupling model of the coordinated development of economy and environment, based on order parameter of synergetic theory and borrowing the idea of system evolution. Because coordinated development is a concept that its connotation is clear but denotation is ambiguous, in order to avoid the irrational judgment made by using the value as the standard, this paper borrow cloud model to assess the dynamic coupling of the coordinated development of economy and environment (Here in after referred to as DCCDEE). The research indicated that from 1990 to 2012 the development of Henan's environmental and economic systems undergone a process of spiraling, ranging from low-grade coordination , symbiosis to mutual stress and entered a state of moderately coordinated development at present.
