Using of natural substances with therapeutic properties has been used since ancient times [2]. At present, a number of prescribed drugs comes from plants [3]. Aloe vera has been used for medical purpose in several cultures for a thousand of years Egypt, India, Mexico, Japan and China [4]. This plant has triangular leaves. Fleshy with jagged edges, yellow tubular flowers and fruits which contain a lot of seeds. Every leaf consults of 3 clear get which of containing 99% water and the other are made of glucomannan, amino acid, lipids, sterols, vitamins, and middle lays of latex which of bitter yellow sap and contains anthraquinone, glycosides, and thick out layer of is 15-20 cells referred to as peel that has a protective function, synthesize carbohyidrates and proteins. Inside the skin is a collection of blood vessels responsible to transport substances such as water (xylem) and starch (phloem) [4]. Various aloe vera extracts are mate to be easy is used in medicine to humans like gel, oil, juice, and tablets. In several researches in-vitro indicate that aloe vera leaves showed contain more than 75 nutrients and 200 active compounds, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids and 12 vitamins. Also contain the most important components which is needed by the human body [5] Aloe vera has vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E. Aloe vera has a high enzyme content (for about 92 enzyme), which makes it a rare source and valuable because of enzyme help the body absorb basic nutrients at the same time purifying it and used as an antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, can be used to accelerate the healing process of wounds [6-8]. Funding for mental health services and consequently mental health services research in low-and income countries remains low compared to other health funding. Funding to examine the role of traditional and religious healing in mental health is even smaller. A systematic review of research involving religious and traditional healing in mental health included 8 studies from Sub-Saharan Africa spanning from 1999-2013 [1]. The number of participants in these studies ranged from 59-129. Recently, the National Institute of Mental Health of the United States government funded a study under the direction of Dr. Oye Gureje that examines training and supports for religious and traditional providers who address mental illness and epilepsy [2]. In general, mental illness are inability to cope with different stressors which developed by environment internally or externally, this failure of coping reflected as incongruent feelings, thoughts and behaviors with norms which used locally or culturally, on the same time this maladaptive interfere with people function socially, physically and occupationally [1]. Mental and psychiatric science developed many methods to control this destructives behaviors such as medication, technique, and seclusion, the point here about using seclusion from legal and ethical dimensions, is it acceptable or not? Western medicine-based cancer research has been extending the impasse without resolution in sigh for improving survival of patients with solid malignant tumors in the last four decades due to heterogeneity in cancer tissues. Such a deadlock charts a course to learn lessons from the developing countries, directly or indirectly to complement the exhausted Western medicine. For example, some prevention remedies such as Echinacea for secondary prevention of common colds have not been shown to be effective [2]. And some treatment interventions such as actual (compared to simulation) acupuncture for alleviation of some types of chronic pain have been shown to be effective [3,4]. The endorsement of CAM as such – by practicing clinicians and others supporting health care such as policy makers and health educators – when it is not rigorously shown to be more effective than placebo or sham/ simulation care, is arguably unethical, as has been demonstrated to be the case with orthomolecular psychiatry [5].
