Research method using random design with factorial pattern group of two factors, namely; the first factor is the type of the second factor varieties and kinds of waste. The results showed that treatment of a type of spray varieties provide a real influence on the parameter of interest (cm) diameter, weight fresh economic interest (g) and very real effect on the parameters of maximum plant height (cm) of the flower stalk, height (cm) and the diameter of the trunk (cm). Treatment of waste sorts real influence on parameters of maximum plant height (cm) of the flower stalks, length (cm), diameter (cm), fresh weight (g) economic interest and a very real effect on the parameters of interest (cm) in diameter. The interaction between the types of varieties of spray and kinds of waste are not real influence over all the parameters were observed. The results of the average weight of fresh flower varieties are present in highest economical Reagent of 79.08 g and low refractory i.e. Stroika varieties of 73.59 g and an increase in yield of 6.94% if compared with the varieties Stroika. The research in Tabanan Regency aims to find out the effect of the composition of loan capital on housing investment risks, especially houses of type 36 to type 70. The method used was inferential method, which is a method for analyzing data from a sample and then making inferences about the population. While the risk analysis was carried out quantitatively with the @ Risk program. Grafting is an activity to combine two or more superior properties in one plant. This study aims to determine the effect of entres length on the results of grafting of citrus plants in an effort to provide seeds. This research was carried out using planting media in pots (polybags) as a place to plant seeds. The study was conducted in Belancan village, Kintamani Subdistrict, Bangli Regency with altitude of 500 meters above sea level started from June to September 2018. This study used a Randomized Block Design with 2 factors arranged factorially. The first factor tested was the treatment of entres length, namely: E1 = 1cm, E2 = 2cm, E3 = 3 cm, E4 = 4cm and E5 = 5 cm, while the second factor that was tested were the varieties of citrus plants consisting of JB = pomelo and JS = tangerines. So that, there were 10 combinations of treatments with 3 replications. The variables observed were: the start of shoots, length of shoots, leaf number of shoots, wet shoot weight and shoot dry weight. The results showed that there was no interaction factor significant effect on most variables, excepted for the variable wet weight of shoots, and dry weight of shoots. In addition, it is not uncommon for the perpetrators of the development of Anmesia to be the wisdom of Balinese civilization that has been tested in maintaining environmental balance. Therefore, research on local cultural values about environmental sustainability is important. This study seeks to examine environmental wisdom in managing the attraction of Penglipuran Tourism Village, in Kubu Village, Bangli Regency. The aim is to find out the form and meaning of environmental wisdom in managing tourism villages. There are two theories used in this study, namely the theory of ecocentrism and the theory of discourse on knowledge of power. The method of data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies, and data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show a form of environmental wisdom in managing the attraction of Penglipuran tourism village in the form of wisdom in settlement management, forest management, and tourism village management. The meaning of environmental wisdom in the management of Penglipuran tourism village includes the meaning of nature conservation, sociocultural meaning, and economic meaning. Along with the implementation of regional autonomy since 2001, the orientation of the implementation of regional government has shifted from the dependence of the central government to the ability of the regional government itself to develop the region towards community welfare through the excavation of Regional Original Revenue. One source of Regional Original Income (PAD) is derived from the results of regional taxes which include hotel and restaurant taxes. Local taxes use a self-assessment system so that there is a possibility that taxpayers do not comply with their tax obligations. This study examines the determinants of hotel and restaurant taxpayer compliance in the perspective of planned behavior in the city of Denpasar so as to increase the level of tax compliance. The population of this research is hotel and restaurant taxpayers in Denpasar City. The sampling method in this study used the stratified random sampling method with a total sample of 155 with details of 73 hotels and 82 restaurants. This study used a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the WarpPLS version 6.00 program used to test the hypothesis. The purpose of the research is to determine the role of the General Election Commission of the Province of Bali against the political participation of the beginning voters in the election of the Bali Province 2018 This research was conducted using qualitative research methods consisting of 3 (three) paths, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the data analysis, it is stated that the role of the KPU of Bali Province conducted by KPU of Bali Province to the community is good enough. This can be seen from the role of the Bali Provincial Election Commission in the Pemilukada 2018. The Political Participation of Beginner Voters in the Election is segmentation, socialization, political information, voting rights. Some suggestions can be proposed which are expected to improve the implementation of good socialization, namely, KPU Bali Province needs to be faster in conducting socialization to the beginner voters to achieve the desired goals, namely community satisfaction. In addition, the KPU of Bali Province needs to provide an opportunity for voters to oversee the voting process in post-conflict local elections. It is necessary for new voters to be registered as voters in post-conflict local elections. The factors that determine the quality of analog rice as a substitute for rice are, amylose and amylopectin ratios, protein content, starch gelatinization temperature, development of volume, water absorption, gel viscosity, and consistency of starch gel. This research is a factorial experiment with Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors, namely: factor I, steaming temperature (P), which consists of 3 levels of treatment, namely: steaming temperature 70C ± 5C (P1); 80C ± 5C (P2); and 90C ± 5C (P3). Factor II: Time of steaming (W), which consists of three types of treatment, namely: (W1) = steaming for 20 minutes; (W2) = 30 minutes; (W3) = 40 minutes. The data obtained will be analyzed by ANOVA and followed by LSD test (5%) if the treatment has a significant effect (P <0.05). This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of temperature and time of steaming on the chemical and sensory properties of the dough.The results showed that the interaction of temperature and steaming time had a significant effect (P <0.05) on the moisture content of the dough but had no effect (P> 0.05) on fat content and amylose. The average value of the dough water content ranged from 52,736-59,627%. The highest water content of the dough was 59,627% produced by steaming treatment at 80C ± 5C for 20 minutes. While the lowest water content of the dough was 52.736% and the steaming treatment temperature was 70C ± 5C for 40 minutes. The average value of fat content of the dough ranged from 2.4524.003%. The highest fat content of 4.003% was produced by a treatment temperature of 90C ± 5C for 20 minutes, while the lowest fat content was 2.452% produced by the treatment of steaming temperature of 70C ± 5C for 40 minutes. Amylose dough levels ranged from 0.014-0.055%. The sensory test results showed that the average color values ranged from 1.93-3.67 (very dark-lightness), the highest color value of 3.67 (lightness) produced by a treatment temperature of 70C ± 5C for 40 minutes. Although finally ordered closure by Indonesian Supreme Court, the initial mining activities have greatly impacted the highly critical environment of Bangka Island. The authors examined the documents (including government-issued permits as well as related laws and regulations) and interviewed key respondents as to their knowledge of the supposed mining activity and their perceived impacts. Results revealed that there were lapses in the Indonesian government’s side in issuing permits.
