The research in Tabanan Regency aims to find out the effect of the composition of loan capital on housing investment risks, especially houses of type 36 to type 70. The method used was inferential method, which is a method for analyzing data from a sample and then making inferences about the population. While the risk analysis was carried out quantitatively with the @ Risk program.
