At the same time, special attention is paid to one of the most important parameters ― the thickness of the functional layer, since when using plasma deposition methods, it has a significant impact on the quality of coatings, as well as the functionality and productivity of the process. Based on the planning of the experiment, mathematical models have been developed that make it possible to establish the relationship between the coating thickness and the given technological parameters of the plasma spraying process. After determining the average radius, the maximum pressure drop is determined until only one chain of gas bubbles remains. The average coordination number for the solid phase and the coefficient of capillary tortuosity were calculated. The studies have determined strength properties and acid resistance of the materials when exposed to vapors of nitric acid and nitric acid solution. It is shown that long-term operation of corundum refractories (up to one and a half years) at temperatures of 1750‒1800 °C slightly changes the thermophysical properties of the material. Тhe materials and designs of the elements of the packing and lining of the cowper heater for different layers and temperatures are selected. The velocity of the gas flow, which ensures the fixed position of the ball nozzle, is determined. The features of phase formation and the optimal conditions for the formation of a nanoceramic material based on Bi2Ti4O11 via coprecipitation from salt solutions are studied in the present work. The analysis of mathematical modeling of aerothermodynamic processes in a two-phase medium asbestos dust ‒ gas flow confirmed the conclusions of industrial studies on the influence of aerothermodynamic parameters of direct flow on the temperature and humidity of asbestos dust in the pneumatic dryer.
