Morphologically, hemangiomas are divided into superficial, deep and mixed, focal, segmental, indeterminate and multifocal. The course of IH includes phases of rapid growth followed by slow involution. The degree of involution of hemangioma is variable. Hemangiomas can lead to the appearance of permanent deformities of soft tissues or functional disorders, especially when localized on the face and vital structures. Clinical heterogeneity of hemangiomas creates significant difficulties for physicians in resolving issues of treatment tactics. Specific characteristics of the clinical behavior of hemangiomas of various morphological types can be crucial in the choice of management tactics for such patients. \u0000\u0000Objectives. The aim of the work is to study the effect of different morphological types of hemangioma in children on the effectiveness of treatment of age-related clinical features. \u0000\u0000Subjects and Methods. The study group consisted of 100 children in age from birth to 6 years who have hemangiomas of different morphological types and localizations and did not receive previous treatment. All research participants for hemangioma severity scale (HSS), hemangioma activity scale (HAS), visual analogue scale (VAS) before, during and after treatment were scored. Serum levels sFas/sFasLs before and during treatment evaluated. \u0000\u0000Results. With increasing the child’s age, the indicator as for HAS reliably decreases for all types of hemangiomas. In all types of hemangiomas predominantly an active growth took place. An abortive growth in 10% of patients was noted. For focal hemangiomas, the indicator of sFas decreases with age, and for multifocal hemangiomas it increases. In both cases, there is an increase in the sFasL indicator with increasing age of the child. In our study, in age group before 1 year in the factor structures, “age” factor was considered to be the main one and manifested by a decrease in the activity of hemangioma with an increase in the age of the child. Among children over 1 year age, during the course of treatment, the greatest contribution the “hemangioma severity factor”, the influence of which leads to a decrease in the cosmetic effect of hemangioma treatment against the background of its high severity and an increase in the indicator of apoptosis inhibition of sFas. The influence of the “treatment efficacy” factor leads to a decrease in its cosmetic effect and an increase in the severity of the manifestations of hemangioma against the background of blocking the manifestations of apoptosis. \u0000\u0000Conclusions. When starting treatment of hemangioma in the early stages, the cosmetic effect increases significantly. A decrease in sFasL in the younger age group may indicate a decrease or absence of apoptosis processes, which is clinically expressed by active proliferation. An increase in sFas in the older age group (over a year old) may indicate a blockage of a

Methods of statistical and system analysis are used. The national programs of reproductive health, demographic data, data on morbidity (received from the national medical statistics for the period 2017–2018), reports of the national survey “Health Index of Ukraine” (2018), data on appeals for obstetric-gynecological, genetic care (in connection of reproductive losses, fertility) are analyzed. A comparison between the indicators of Ukraine and the Kharkiv region, as well as with other countries, according to the cost of the survey, requests for medical care for the examination of genetic and infectious diseases associated with reproductive losses, was made. The organization of outpatient care for pregnant and married couples who are planning a pregnancy has been analyzed in terms of availability and sources of payment for services.\u0000\u0000Results. The number of Ukrainian women planning their first pregnancy aged 35 and over is increasing. Naturally, the number of genetic pathologies increases. Indicators of infectious pathology remain high. At the same time, women visit less gynecologists and family doctors, which is due to the high cost of the part of medical care that patients have to pay for themselves. Insufficiently developed genetic screening programs for genetic diseases. The professional contacts of physician of various specialties need to be improved. These facts negatively affect the level of reproductive losses, complicate their prevention.\u0000\u0000Conclusions. New possibilities of component diagnostics were found, and in particular, the definition of the major Fel d 1 molecule as a direct indication for the start of therapy and use to assess the achievement of tolerance to the causative allergen. It was found that a 3-year course of sublingual allergen immunotherapy with lyophilized epidermal cat allergens for children with allergic rhinitis and/or bronchial asthma was characterized by a significant improvement in the clinical symptoms of the disease and a decrease in the level of Fel d1. A comparative analysis of the results of observing children with SLIT and without therapy proved that SLIT in children with allergic pathology associated with sensitization to cat epidermal allergens reduces the number of exacerbations and prevents the development of symptoms of bronchial asthma in preschool children. In addition, once again, high safety allergen immunotherapy efficacy in children has been proven. \u0000Keywords: preschool children, sublingual allergen immunotherapy, prevention, asthma, major allergens Fel d 1. Materials and Methods: sixty pregnant women in the III trimester of pregnancy were tested using the EPDS questionnaire, a 10-point self-assessment scale that covers the general symptoms of depression. To determine the internal consistency and reliability of this scale, the Cronbach alpha indicator, a statistical indicator that allows evaluation of whether the features included in the questionnaire measure the same thing (high internal agreement), or different things (low internal agreement), was calculated. Results: Subjectively, all pregnant women noted simplicity, unambiguity and clear wording of the questions, which indicated good acceptability of this questionnaire for the use in the complex of standard monitoring of pregnant women in an antenatal clinic. The Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0.775, which corresponds to a sufficient degree of consistency of the internal elements of the scale. Screening for depressive disorders using EPDS during pregnancy revealed psychosomatic problems of the perinatal period. Data obtained using this scale demonstrate high rates of depressive manifestations in pregnant women. Psychopathological disorders were detected in 40% of women, while in 23% the symptoms of the current "major" depression were identified. The frequency of development of depressive symptoms increases significantly in the presence of a high obstetric risk, characteristic of the current pregnancy (threat of premature birth, hypertensive disorders during pregnancy, intrauterine infection of the fetus, retardation of the fetus development), as well as compromised obstetric and gynecological history. EPDS can be used as a reliable diagnostic tool to prevent pregnancy-related adverse outcomes. Conclusions: identifying the risk factors of pregnancy, screening and examining psychosomatic symptoms with EPDS, and timely referral for psychiatric care are key issues for reducing the risk among women with psychosomatic disorders during pregnancy and the postpartum period. \u0000Keywords: pregnancy, psychosomatic disorders, Edinburgh postpartum depression scale. (EPDS). Materials and methods: Fasting serum CK-18 was measured in 30 NASH patients (mean age (49.3±3.6). The control group consisted of 20 practically healthy volunteers. The diagnosis of NADH was established on the basis of clinical, biochemical and instrumental data. In addition to basic laboratory tests and ultrasonographic examination, the Fibromax test (Biopredective, France) was performed. Results: In patients with NAFLD, the lipid profile showed a tendency to hyper- and dyslipidemia. The obtained data showed a significant increase in the parameters of enzymatic activity of the liver, the average level of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) exceeded the control group 2.5 times, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) – 2.9 times, respectively (˂ 0.05). In NAFLD in NASH stage CK-18 levels in blood plasma were significantly increased, exceeded the results of the control group 3 and more times, and allowed to establish NASH in patients of the main group. Conclusions: Increased levels of CK-18 in NASH patients as well as its association with atherogenic dyslipidemia and increasing of liver enzymatic activity were revealed. The obtained data showed the possibility of using biomarker for non‑invasive diagnostics of NASH and represent the prospect of further research. \u0000Key words: nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, noninvasive diagnosis, cytokeratin-18. Methods: 183 patients with H stage II were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 (n=50) - with isolated H (comparison group); Group 2 (n=63) - with a combined course of H and T2DM; Group 3 (n=70) - with comorbidity of H, T2DM and SHT. Blood pressure levels, carbohydrate, lipid and thyroid metabolism, plasma insulin concentration, insulin resistance (IR) the HOMA-IR index, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-A) plasma levels were investigated. Results: Dyslipidemia was more pronounced in group 2 than in group 1. The addition of SHT was accompanied by a tendency to increase all the atherogenic lipids. IR was observed in all patients groups and was significantly higher than in control group (p<0.05). Significant increase of VEGF-A levels in all patients groups in comparison with the control (p<0.05) was found. In group 2 VEGF-A was lower than in group 1, which is probably due to the protective effect of metformin. Analysis of the influence of thyroid dysfunction degree on ED revealed significant increase of VEGF-A levels in TSH>6.0 μMU/ml subgroup (352.55±17.64 pg/ml vs 461.74±20.13 pg/ml (p<0.05)). Conclusion: Hormonal disorders contribute to aggravation of endothelial dysfunction in patients with hypertension and comorbid endocrinopathies - type 2 diabetes mellitus and subclinical hypothyroidism. Even minor decrease in thyroid function lead to the progression of endothelial dysfunction. \u0000Key words: hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, subclinical hypothyroidism, endothelial dysfunction \u0000 \u0000Резюме.
