His clinical symptoms and signs at presentation included combinations of fever, nonproductive cough, and shortness of breath. Initial chest radiograms faid to show any changes, but chest CT revealed ground glass opacities (GGOs) with fuzzy contours, parenchyma damage (27 %). He was treated according to the Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 cases (the Order of Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 762).
