This study uses literature study research, then uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a thorough research study from data collection to analyzing data descriptively to produce conclusions regarding answers related to Muhammad Iqbal's Islamic education renewal perspective. The aim of this study was to analyze the conceptual understanding of the integration of science and religion among the academic community at the 'Aisyiyah Pontianak Polytechnic. The research conducted was survey research with a descriptive research design. The results of the data analysis show that the Polita Lecturer already has thoughts that understand that science and religion are an integrated unit and have applied them in the learning process. Polita students still have an understanding of the dichotomy between science and religion in a number of ways, although statements supporting the integration of science and religion are far more dominant than statements supporting the understanding of the dichotomy of science and religion. The independent variable in this research is the teacher's role variable, while the dependent variable in this study is the personality of students and the use of social media. The research instrument before being used for data collection, a series of trials were carried out to produce a valid and reliable instrument, the reliability coefficient value was 0.744 for the teacher's role variable, 0.881 for the student personality variable, and 0.817 for the social media utilization variable. The samples collected in this study were 132 students. Based on the calculation results of the correlation test with SPSS 25, there is a relationship between the teacher's role and student personality with a correlation coefficient of 0.398, the correlation of the teacher's role with the use of social media is 0.493. Meanwhile, the correlation of student personality with the use of social media is 0.554.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran guru dengan kepribadian dan pemanfaatan media sosial siswa di SMA Riyadlul Jannah: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian adalah variabel peran guru, sedang variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian siswa dan pemanfaatan media sosial. Instrumen penelitian sebelum digunakan untuk pengambilan data, dilakukan serangkaian uji coba sehingga menghasilkan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel, nilai koefisien reliabilitas 0,744 untuk variabel peran guru, 0,881 untuk variabel kepribadian siswa, dan 0,817 variabel pemanfaatan media sosial. Sampel yang terkumpul dalam penelitian ini adalah 132 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji korelasi dengan SPSS 25 terdapat hubungan peran guru dengan kepribadian siswa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0. 398, korelasi peran guru dengan pemanfaatan media sosial sebesar 0, 493. This study uses qualitative research that comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of interviews and observations on key persons consisting of school principals, teachers and students. The data analysis technique used is through data reduction, data presentation which is then drawn conclusions. Based on the research conducted, it was found that in the learning activities it was found that the implementation of instilling multicultural values carried out by the teacher was also based on the cultivation of Islamic characters. The implementation of the application program can be seen from the implementation of activities such as intra-curricular activities, extra-curricular activities, and other activities outside of learning. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the concept of prophetic leadership character education in elementary schools is in line with the educational concept of an Integrated Islamic School with the Principles of Character Education. Prophetic leadership characters based on prophetic traits, namely: Siddiq (honest, true), Amanah (trustworthy), Fatonah (intelligent), and Tabligh (delivering) can be introduced, trained, practiced, and accustomed to at the elementary school level. This research approach is a case study using the Research and Development method involving research respondents/informants, company managers, and a team of trainers for solemn prayers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to explain the impact of solemn prayer education on employee performance. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that: (1) some employees still ignore fardhu prayers; (2) the development of solemn prayer education methods with evaluation instruments; (3) the impact of solemn prayer education on employee performance is known to be very positive with an increase in the percentage of performance indicators. The place of research was carried out at the Istiqlal Mosque with educational programs such as the Taklim Council, Istiqlal Madrasah, Istiqlal Library, Ulama Cadre Education, Zhuhur Dialogue. The results of the study found first; that the Istiqlal Mosque organizes educational activities because one of the functions of the mosque as an education center, the two Istiqlal Mosques are managed professionally, especially educational activities so that they become the ideal mosque education center. Based on the research, it was found that the purpose of women's education according to Tutty Alawiyah is to strengthen Muslim identity, enhance capabilities and accessibility, and for the progress of the nation and civilization based on moral and spiritual strength to place women in a respectable position. While the characteristics that need to be possessed to achieve these goals include: high desires and ideals (vision), strong belief and hard work and smart work (the power of JIM), Binti Labun philosophy, movement and blessings, mastery of time, and cooperation. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menelusuri corak pemikiran pendidikan perempuan Tutty Alawiyah dan apa saja yang diperlukan untuk mencapainya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa tujuan pendidikan perempuan menurutnya Tutty Alawiyah adalah memperkuat jati diri muslimah, mempertinggi kapabilitas dan aksesibilitas, bagi kemajuan bangsa dan peradaban dengan basis kekuatan moral dan spiritual sehingga menempatkan perempuan pada posisi terhormat. The purpose of the study was to describe the mentoring model at the Ar-Risalah Islamic College in fostering the morals of students. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The interactive method of Miles and Huberman was used in data analysis in this study.
