To find a suitable model or solution for social policy studies, a community's attitude toward adapting to new habits and socio-cultural adaptability is described. The object was Kupang City's Liliba Village residents. The object was chosen because Liliba Village had a high number of cases since the start of the COVID-19 epidemic, and the research approach was a qualitative paradigm based on case studies. This study highlights direct informant empirical experiences. In-depth interviews, FGDs, and literature reviews collected data, which was then examined qualitatively. The study found that the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the community to be more adaptive to various forms of social change that occurred, especially to changes in the social conditions of the Liliba Village community who avoided crowds, there was a change in Stigma Against Other Individuals, making adjustments to interactions according to pandemic conditions and changes to communication models. One of the benefits that can be provided by ecotourism is increased employment opportunities for local people. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of ecotourism in the economy of the people of Batu Katak Village, Bahorok District, Langkat Regency. The qualitative research method used aims to understand in depth the influence of ecotourism on the economic situation of the community. Data collection was carried out through a triangulation process (observations, depth interviews, and documentation studies). The results of the study indicate that the existence of ecotourism activities in Batu Katak Village plays an important role in the survival of the community, both as the main source of income and as an additional source of income. Additionally, ecotourism activities have both a direct and indirect impact on the community's revenue. Quantitative research is used in this research which has a population of 169 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2019 period. The sample of this research was taken using purposive sampling, obtained 60 samples. The technical analysis used in this study is path analysis through IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. This research shows that good corporate governance (GCG) is proxied through managerial ownership and institutional ownership has no effect on firm value (PBV), good corporate governance (GCG) is proxied through managerial ownership, and institutional ownership does not affect financial performance (ROA). The village government provides an opportunity for all communities to join as members with the aim that all public information can be disseminated quickly and accurately. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this study obtained through primary and secondary sources with a total of 39 informants. The data that has been collected by interview, observation and document search methods is then analyzed using the spiral data analysis technique proposed by Creswell (2016: 264-268). Local SMEs fail to compete because the product is not really well-known and is not marketed digitally. The digitalization era forced SMEs to use social media for promotion. On the contrary, East Kotawaringin Regency SMEs are primarily unfamiliar with digital marketing. As a consequence, many SMEs are not able to survive. This research is carried out to help SMEs survive this Covid-19 disaster by implementing Digital Marketing to see how vital the SME sector is for regional income. It is a quantitative study to know the influence of selling products through the marketplace and how the local cultural content of the product influences the sales increase. The total population is 83 SMEs aged 18 to 25 years. The population is depreciated according to age, culinary sector and education. It obtained 31 samples. Questionnaires are distributed for data collection and are analyzed with SPSS 16. The finding of this research is that there is a correlation between local content in social media toward sales increase, as the independent shown by the t-count for each item is higher < 0.05. Freeport is currently the concern of various parties related to the change in the status of the contract of work owned by PT. Freeport became a Special Mining Business License (IUPK). This study aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and good corporate governance on firm value on IDX LQ45 index companies for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique so as to obtain 45 sample companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.
