This research uses the Interpretive Paradigm of the Transcendental Phenomenological Approach. Interviews, Observations, and Documentation were used to collect research data. This is important to reveal the shift in the meaning of determining tariffs in situations that make it difficult for owners to adopt boarding house income tariff policies. The results of this research indicate that for boarding house owners, the costs incurred in owning a boarding house are routine costs at all times. Therefore, for them, the meaning of determining the boarding fee is a manifestation of gratitude for the excellent fortune given by God Almighty. The determination of these rates manifests the boarding house owner's struggle in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Apart from that, determining the tariff is also interpreted as a form of brotherly feeling of helping each other. The population in this study were all young married couples in Denpasar City. The technique used in selecting samples for this study was a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The criteria included in the sample category are young people who are married and married, which obtained a sample of 168 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results showed that financial literation and risk perception positively affect the stock investment decisions of young couples in Denpasar City. It means that the higher the level of understanding of financial literacy and understanding of risk perception owned by young couples in Denpasar City, the stronger the decision to invest in stocks. In addition, it is known that the family environment cannot moderate the financial literation factor. This research obtained 36 companies as samples using a purposive sampling technique with three years of observation. he total population of companies is 47, and the sample obtained was 36 companies that met the criteria using the purposive sampling method. The type of data applied is a quantitative approach. The data collected was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, F-tests, and T-tests. Judging from the results of the partial analysis, it is clear that there is a positive and significant influence of the return on assets and price-earnings ratio variables on stock prices. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informants who became the resource persons for this research were the Chairperson of the Covid-19 Task Force for Ngada Regency, the Head of the BPBD for Ngada Regency, the Head of the Ngada Regency Police, the TNI, POLRI, SATPOL PP, people who have been exposed to Covid-19 and also people who have never been exposed to Covid-19. Total informants in this study amounted to 11 people. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using data analysis techniques from Yin (2008: 34) which are dominantly carried out in case study research. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Ngada Regency Covid-19 task force has been good, especially in preventing the spread of the corona virus, but the obstacle in preventing the spread of Covid-19 is the lack of public understanding, as well as local customary habits which always cause crowds so as to spread the virus. This was difficult for the Ngada Regency Covid-19 Task Force team to overcome. They work like this almost every day, but what is unique is that the traditional woven fabric craftsmen in North Lakekun Village do not weave for sale. Instead, they weave to store it while waiting for a celebration. This study used a qualitative approach and a total of 45 informants with qualitative and quantitative data. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, qualitative interviews and qualitative documents. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using analytical techniques; data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification.
