The short lifespan and easy maintenance are the reasons water spinach is chosen for urban farming cultivation. One of the factors that must be considered when cultivating water spinach using urban farming is sufficient sunlight intensity for optimal growth of water spinach. This research aims to analyze the growth and yield of water spinach in the urban farming cultivation model using location placement treatments that have different sunlight intensities. The research method used for analysis of growth and yield which are presented in graphs and analyzed using t-tests. The results of plant growth urban farming water spinach for the parameters of plant height and number of leaves with different treatments of sunlight intensity showed that the values were not significantly different. However, water spinach plants in the unshaded treatment had a higher average plant height and number of leaves than those in the shaded treatment. The existence of acceptance, income, and farming profits is used as an indicator of the feasibility of farming. This study aimed to determine the feasibility of rice farming of the Dwi Sri Farmer Group in Bohar Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses a sampling method of Dewi Sri Farmer Group members. Determination of the number of samples, as many as 29 people from a total population of 40 people, is calculated by the Slovin method with an error rate of 10%. The results showed that (1) the R/C ratio of rice farming of the Dewi Sri Farmers Group was 1.7, meaning that the farming was feasible, (2) the BEP of the rice farming revenue of the Dewi Sri Farmers Group was Rp. 3,850,040 and less than the income, meaning that farming was feasible. A preliminary observation and interview were conducted to disclose the teachers’ views on the use of the previously released Animals of Nusantara (AoN) VR application implemented in public and private schools in North Bali, Indonesia. They admitted to be somewhat familiar with the application after several trial attempts. Despite the positive learning supports, the teachers also faced problems in implementing this authentic learning media in the English instruction in the metaverse era. This situation led to the development of VR for English Learning handbook to fulfill teachers’ queries on adequate information about authentic media, tutorials on using AoN VR application, and meaningful learning activity ideas. ADDIE model was employed as the research design. Instruments used include an interview guide, a checklist, and expert judgments’ evaluation sheet. All gathered data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. It was found that this handbook is as excellent media to assist teachers in teaching English in secondary school level, meaning that the book can be one potential learning resource for English instruction in the metaverse era. In collecting data, the researchers used two instruments that consisted of an interview and an evaluation checklist. In this study, data collection procedures included analyzing the students’ needs through the result of previous research and the result of interview that discussed need analysis of English for Islamic Economics department, designing syllabus and prototype material 1, developing English materials and evaluating or validating the materials by experts. The result indicated that the students of Islamic Economic department need English instructional material that integrated with English skills and contains material about Islamic Economics, such as income distribution and consumption. This change undoubtedly demands that students be more autonomous outside and inside the classroom. Thus, the present study sought the EFL teachers' knowledge on promoting language learner autonomy (LLA) in their teaching-learning. Employing a survey study, a total of 70 EFL teachers in senior high school levels across Mataram, Indonesia, were involved in this study through a given questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS software version 25 to find out the questionnaire's mean, frequency, and percentage through descriptive statistics analysis. The findings depicted that EFL teachers' knowledge of fostering LLA is positive. They perceived LLA as an essential concept for English language teaching and learning. Moreover, the EFL teachers' knowledge was rated at a moderate level. Nevertheless, many EFL teachers encountered some challenges in developing LLA. The challenges were related to the learners and the teachers, such as the lack of experience in LLA and the EFL teachers' lack of strategies for promoting LLA in their classrooms. The researcher did the study to see if there were increasing points got by the students in applying Prowriting for students' writing Recount text. The research used classroom action research. There were 36 students from senior high school 1 Pangkalpinang from class X2 as the participants in the research. The data was collected from documentation and class observation with 2 cycles. The finding data showed that there was an improvement in the student's results. It was shown from pre-cycle students' results in writing recount text with an average score was 49,47. Then, the first cycle for the first meeting was 69,30. The first cycle for the second meeting was 71,98 and lastly for second cycle with average score was 77,61. The data of research obtained that Prowriting was the best program to handle the students’ error in creating recount text. Then, it helps students to have more motivation to revise their text.
